When you walk-in, to the left you will notice large beautiful art work on the wall, near the Pick-Up counter. The counter offers additional three chairs to enjoy your order or get work done. You will notice one large table by the entrance, accommodating 8 chairs. If you're looking to lounge and unwind, you will find 4 plush leather chairs in the corner to the left of the entrance. Music is set at comfortable level enough to converse at soft level. The staff does great job at helping their customers order what they want, both inside and Drive Thru. They offer complimentary, personal touch. They know their returning customers by first name and ask, "Would you like your usual?" When I ordered my hot coffee, first time, it was freshly roasted and brewed by Claudia. She was so kind and thoughtful in preparing my drink. Few hours later I ordered refill and had my cup refilled with a genuine smile, by Caleb, "Did you want any room for cream?" Customer service was the absolute worse!! Never been spoken to by an employee like this in my life, I had to bite my tongue. I placed a mobile order, when I got to the speaker she said you may have to circle around because we don't have it ready. I said no worry. We got to the window, She gave us the danish and said the 2 drinks aren't ready Yet Can you circle around for me. So I went back in line, with now 3 cars in front of me. Then once I got to the window the second time. She was like can I help you, I said yes I'm here to pick up an order for ...... She proceeded to say oh we're still working on them. A minute later she comes with the 2 drinks and proceeded to tell me next time I come to stop at the speaker so they know I'm here to pick up an order. She is the most unprofessional and ruddiest Starbucks employee I've ever met!!! I have never had an employee that was rude to me before. Do you really NOT remember telling me to circle around 5 minutes ago??? We already ate the danish we got from the first visit. It took every ounce in me not to say anything. I just looked at her and said Sorry and drove off. What difference is it when someone orders through the drive through speaker and mobile order. If anything a mobile order should be faster, right?? Ordered 2 drinks online and hopped in the drive through line. Proceeded to get an ear full about how I should come back in line when it says my drinks are ready. There's no one behind me at this point, What's the difference between if I order my drinks through drive through, or through the app? I push it off because everyone has their own thing going on. But when I get to the window she reiterated that it was rude to other customers to order online and back up drive though. Without the chance to respond she turns around and throws her hands up. No WiFi, no breakfast sandwiches, and no napkins, I'm not joking. I came in because I frantically needed to draft a contract and thought a trusty Starbucks would grant me access to some WiFi, plus I was starving. They were out of all the lame microwave breakfast sandwiches except for the Turkey bacon, ok whatever. (It's like airplane food but sometimes it hits the spot!) Then I log in to the WiFi and it wasn't working, then the barista mumbled to me that their WiFi is garbage, then I went for a napkin for my greasy, last choice breakfast sandwich, and both the napkin holders were bone dry empty. I asked cranky mumbling barista for a napkin and he just shrugged they were out and tore off a sad little paper towel Ok, then why am I even here? Off to a nearby poke shop. It was a mad early morning dash across many cities in the DFW area to make an all-day meeting and the drive had us famished! I knew we needed caffeine, lots of it, before our potential snooze-fest, uh, I mean meeting. Thus the best option, Starbucks! Plus, this location was nearly across the street from the meeting center. A win-win, right? We pulled up with the rising sun to our backs and walked in to the coffee scented heaven. A glance to the left showed a few open tables. Those sitting in that area all had laptops and cell phones as they curled around their steaming cups as the sun kissed them through the window. The barista was cheerful and happy to see us as she took our order. I opted for a grande hot chocolate with bacon, Gouda and egg sandwich as I love their ciabatta bread. My partner in crime chose a coffee of some wild outlandish variety and a more conventional double smoked bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich. Food quality was great and the taste even better. The drinks were made to the high Starbuck's quality and perfect temperature. After we soaked up sunshine and filled our lungs with the coffee aroma, we were off to our meeting. read more

This Starbucks consistently closes early before the posted closing time. I've arrived twenty minutes before closing, yet the announcement will come on that they're closed. Workers will be inside. perhaps they want to get cleaned up and out of there, but this is not serving their customer base. There are three other Starbucks .. in Market Street, Tom Thumb, and down at the freeway. They honor their hours. This Starbucks is most convenient, but I usually have to go elsewhere. What would I do without my morning Carmel Frap? I usually go to Starbucks a few times a week if I am running late or forget to make coffee at home. This is the perfect location because it's close to home and it's on my way to work. Every time I come here I am greeted with a smile and my order is always right. I usually get the same thing. Venti Carmel Frap without cream and a double shot of espresso. Sometimes I will ask for half the caramel syrup. The banana nut bread is always moist and delicious. They will even warm it for you if you plan on eating it right away. Another favorite is the carmel apple poundcake but it's seasonal. I went up the road and realized it was wrong so I went back since I needed all 7 shots of espresso my coffee had. When I got there he was so apologetic and concerned that I come back and get the right drink. He told me he was hoping I came back since I paid $10 and was so nice. Spent a nice morning and afternoon here with my laptop working , while my poor wife was having her teeth drilled on down the street. I started with a tall Pike's Place half decaf with cream and a couple of Splendas, then parked myself on a comfy, padded bench with a small table and generous A/C power nearby. If there was a knock on the place, it's a little cramped, but not overly so; some would simply call it "intimate". During my three hour stay, I had a conference call that lasted about a half an hour, and of course, this is when a lady with some small children came in, and the latter were quite loud. Not Starbucks' fault at all, though. Overall, this is a great place to have a cup of joe and relax if you're in this area. It's not really a "see and be seen" place like many Starbucks, but sometimes, it's exactly what you're looking for. read more

I wont put any rating, unless they have minus ratings . There is no reason why anyone should have a live roach in their drink . My son and I went here last night to get him a vanilla Frappuccino . He got a large and drank half by the time we got home . He took it up stairs and not to long after, I had asked why he was not in bed and he said he could not sleep because their was a live roach in his drink. He dumped it down the toilet . I asked if it was swimming today and he said no, but it was alive . He had wondered if it came from our house some how, which is not the case. I told him, if there was an remote way the roach come from our house, it would be swimming in the cup or trying to get out . Not mixed in when he was storing it . Roaches are dark, his drink was white . But in their large cup, you do not see dark in the bottom . We will never go back. Location is key for a Starbucks with a drive thru and this one missed the mark! At max they can have 3 cars in the drive thru until you end up blocking cars and being honked at. The service is extremely slow for the drive thru and they never seem to get my order right. Starbucks really end up being standard but this one has a horrible drive thru and so so service. If it's a busy time (any time before 10 AM) park on the side away from the drive thru and go in. You have a better chance at fast service and a correct drink order. read more

Even though this is one of the smaller Starbucks, I really enjoy the atmosphere and extra products that they sell in-store. This Starbucks conveniently has a drive-thru for those in a hurry and need their quick coffee-fix. Of course there are comfortable lounge chairs & love seats, and also outside patio chairs/tables for a nice day/evening. The employees at this Starbucks were very friendly, and even though we had complicated orders, the baristas still managed to get everything down correctly. You would think that Starbucks would be consistent with their frappucinos, but you'd actually be surprised with how many stores would butcher the taste up. read more

I go into this Starbucks at least three times a week, and I want to point out that the morning crew gets it right all the time. They are always welcoming, happy and upbeat in the mornings, which creates an environment that is positive and pleasant to be in, even when dealing with the rush of the AM crowd. However, the girls that I had serve on me this Friday were not only unhelpful, they were incredibly slow and got three drinks wrong in a row (including my own, which they got wrong twice). I've never experienced such an ugly attitude here as I did tonight. All in all, the store is small, but it is clean and if you're coming in the morning, park by the bank and walk over. I've been going to this Starbucks for the last 7 years and in the last 8 months it has gone from being great, to being hit or miss. Tonight was horrible, the employes were clueless and the barista scowled at me when I had the nerve to say my order was incorrect, the order I waited forever for them to prepare. Maybe the problem is focusing more on chit chat at the drive thru instead listening to your order. Last Thursday I visited 3 times and it was wonderful. There is a new lady who is fabulous, she always greets you cheerily but doesn't waste your time. She meets you at the window and always has an infectious smile as she speedily gets your order. Please, hire more employees like her, or have her train everyone. Starbucks seems to have replaced true customer service with lip service. At the behest of Corporate, the employees now want to have a close personal conversation with you before you even get to order. That only makes the drive thru time twice as long. read more

The drive thru was wrapped around to Wells Fargo so I parked behind in combo Wells Fargo parking ran in the rain and only one person in line inside! I ordered my iced latte and asked if they could grind my bag of coffee finer. "yes" . I ran back to my vehicle for bag of coffee and manager said since it was already open they could not put it through their grinder. I completely understand that. But, they ground another full bag extra fine for my pour over for FREE! And would not let me pay! Just Merry Christmas! read more

Love this Starbucks. They are always so happy and full of energy. The one time they got my order wrong due to a misunderstanding, they quickly made it right and they were still smiling. Sometimes the car in front buys my drink so in turn I buy the person behind me. It's just a friendly community.
