The barista (and come to find out later the owner) was attentive, fast and friendly. We got our coffees to go but not before I bought a bag of beans to bring home to the family (and by family I mean me) because the coffee was so smooth. If you're in town and looking for a place that makes good coffee this is a must stop. If you are the fancy kind of coffee drinker (my friends were these type of patrons) they would tell you the iced caramel drink thing was absolutely amazing, better than those coffee shops we shall not name! The couch at the entry way that resembles a crown royal bag looks inviting and I am sad we didn't get to stay for coffee chats. Bumper Crop is so good and now on my must visit every time I'm in the area!

They learn regulars so fast and learn their drink order and will often have your drink ready to go when you pull up. I will always support this local business that cares about her employees and customers over the big brand-names that bust up unions. But also their mochas are to die for.

I do understand the cost of the drinks that's obvious that the price will go up especially if wage does, don't really understand why we're filling it all with ice though lol. I know you have to put a good amount but not the whole drink come on now. Seriously though I wouldn't be surprised if these workers ever get a drink splashed in there face when the good the poor service to the wrong people who take the stuff as unprofessional.

It's located in downtown Lewiston and one of the nicest buildings in town. From the moment we walked in the door, this place oozed charm. There was a gentleman playing the piano, dressed in old-timey garb. His greeted us with a wide and sincere smile. We walked through several rooms packed with people and decorations and sat in a side room with a bar and near a bright-as-the-sun stained glass window. The lunch and dinner menu was quite expansive, starting with salads and sandwiches and ending with steak and seafood options. I ordered a Caesar salad with smoked salmon and my son ordered the Cuban sandwich. While waiting for our meals to arrive, we toured the other rooms and marveled the eclectic decorations. In the main dining room, there was a large mountain lion preying over the patrons. Each room and wall had different but interesting decor, like they have someone picking out the neatest items and centralizing them here. The food came and unfortunately it wasn't quite up to the standard I now anticipated. The smoked salmon was tasty and plentiful on my salad, but it lacked dressing and enough lettuce to get a good balance. My son's Cuban didn't come on Cuban bread or a pressed bread, but a standard thick baguette, which we both found odd. He said it was too much bread and dwarfed the pork, ham and cheese; quite disappointing. However, the French fries were bountiful and good. Overall, this was a fun place to eat and they likely have some tasty options, but we chose poorly for our maiden visit. Will definitely try this place again if in the area.
