Date of visit: September 12, 2022 We popped in here as my husband is borderline obsessed with getting his best friend every single You Were Here mug from Starbucks on the planet. I don't even know where she could stash all of the mugs she must have by now! He was geeking out that not only was there a Paris mug, but also a special Disneyland Paris 30th Anniversary mug. It also had a very Disney price of $24.95; a whopping 30% more than the other mugs we'd seen at Starbucks in Paris. Of course he still bought it. I was happy to finally a Starbucks close to Paris Disney but the lack of care here is unacceptable. I don't know how this place is still open. First coming in, you get an overwhelming smell of animal piss or some sort of odor that you would only normally smell at a farm. Birds are inside of the area which tell me that the sanitation of this place is not up to par by any health standard. Don't recommend coming here, although the baristas were nice. read more

Worst Starbucks experience I ever had. We ordered a breakfast menu which consisted of a warm croissant, warm pancakes, freshly pressed orange juice and coffee. We received the croissant almost immediately but had to wait for our coffee for almost 10 minutes. They simply forgot our drinks. Even after reminding them twice we did not receive our coffee. We had to ask a third time until they finally got our drinks ready. In that time our food almosh cooled all the way down. The staff was highly unorganized and served several people before us even though we only wanted black coffee. Definitely won't go back there. Unless you want your food cold and your drinks forgotten. read more

Slowest Starbucks in the world!! Came here at 10am on a Saturday morning to get some breakfast. The queue was out the door & despite the massive of baristas behind the counter the queue didn't really to be moving. Despite my best efforts to order the menu item in French (as it was printed on the board). I was trying to order a chai tea (not the chai tea latte) but I was still presented with one. I purchased a Croque Monsuier and although it said on the package Serve Chaude I was left with a cold ham & cheese sandwich. Again I had to ask the barista to ask for my toastie to be toasted. The baristas where friendly enough and happy to help me out with my broken French. 3 stars is simply for the queue that moved at a glacial pace. The food and beverages where great. Smells overwhelmingly of urine (animal, human, does it really matter?) when you walk in... It was so bad that I cannot recommend it. You're honestly better off buying multiple small coffees from inside the parks. read more

Good coffee, but just like every Starbuck: I don't understand the system. First you place your order at kind of supervisor, that yells your order to colleague behind coffee machine. Than you go to counter, where you have to repete your order, so you can pay. After paying you go to person behind the coffee machine and you have to tell what the first (cost increasing factor-)person shouted.. Again coffee is great, but start a Lean or Kaizen event and the speed can go up, while the costs can go down. read more

This place was super unfriendly towards guests that aren't french speaking and despite the fact that a dirty mouse was spotted, running through the shop (very disgusted). Ordering was even more of a pain than anything in this place altogether with the horrible efficiency of these poorly trained staff members. My friend had ordered me a donut here which didn't end up on the tray without a refund on request or even a proper discussion taken place. Altogether this review concludes the lack of care and qualification in these young, disrespectful employees and calls for a lot better management and recruiting teams because this is just a shame towards a highly successful business (Very disappointed). read more

Starbucks seems to have set up base in Disney Village as well along with painfully slow but free wifi, which is limited as far as Disneyland goes. However, prices are higher than normal in that I paid €3.15 for a tall Americano, while I normally pay only €2.50. The toilets were very dirty and did not have any soap, and the place itself was not very clean. Food was limited and much less than regular Starbucks in that it lacked the usual salads and fruit pots. The service was quick enough and the staff were ok. They did not seem to have matcha lattes or matcha frappuccinos that my friend was looking for, which was disappointing. There is nothing Disney related despite being in Disneyland, and I would say this Starbucks is worse than most other branches I've been too. read more

I came into this starbucks and was disappointed. They had their signature starbucks cups (which is something we collect)...so when we bought one I asked them for a box...almost every single starbucks (in the states) I've been to has one...they didn't. The staff was all over the place and the store wasn't all that well organized. The merchandise was in desperate need of cleaning (dusty and had a film on the products).
