TL;DR: Inconsistent…read more Food (1/5): I can make better waffles at home. They are dry, overcooked, and thin. They are also not a full waffle. The kids making them don't use enough batter and then cook them until they are hard enough to bounce off a wall. I do not recommend the waffles. Coffee (4/5): The coffee is usually good, but they get the orders wrong often. I've gotten to the point where I just accept whatever they give me. One time I asked them to remake a drink, and they still made it incorrectly. I gave up and drank it anyway. Ambiance (4/5): Parking is limited, but that's expected since it's in downtown Berryville. The space inside is small but has a cozy feel. There are maybe four tables total, so seating can be hard to find.

They roast their beans onsite (you can watch the process through the glass window). The prices are on par if not slightly better than the other large coffee chains. My only "complaint" (which isn't really a complaint) is that as a first timer I wasn't familiar with their various flavors and milk options. It would be nice to have a full menu near the door so people can review the list and be ready to order at the counter. I felt a little like a deer in headlights when I was ordering and didn't know EXACTLY what I wanted. Not a bad problem to have - just a suggestion. Overall, excellent and we will be back and we'll be prepared with our order next time!

Which is what I came in for. They also have all sorts of things that you may not want to go to the grocery store for, or just a late night snack. I didn't realize 7- Eleven had their own savings card, since I didn't have the card, I couldn't get the deal on the milk, so I only got one. This is a fine place to stop when you need to get something on the go. Expect to pay higher prices due to the convenience.

The manager came out with this expression on her face like shes so done with her job. She said "what does it say on the app..." we saw that they only offer 3pc with a purchase. My bf ordered a drink but midway wanted to change the drink, so I can understand their frustration. In addition, we were asking whats the specialty coffee, she was giving the same face and said "what...so you want cookies and cream..? What flavor do you want? If you look here, it's on the menu..." Putting all frustrations to the side - I also work in the hospitality industry, and you should not show your frustration to the customer.
