When she's on the floor, particularly making drinks, she never fails to acknowledge me with a warm smile and a cheerful "Good morning" using my name--which is not only impressive but also deeply appreciated. This location is always clean and organized. I come here often and the coffees are always made well and consistent. I order food often here as well and it's always hot and fresh. I've even ordered delivery once and the food showed up super hot and fresh. The baristas are always nice and friendly as well. read more

It took a bit and was certainly faster than waiting in the drivethrough line. Recently remodeled for the much worse! What was once a nice place to relax on a nice cushioned seating area was cut in half and made into a straight line into drab up and down hard seats. This extends the area for the baristas to work at the expense of the customer's enjoyment! It appears Starbucks doesn't care about folks who want to sit there and enjoy their coffee they are about the drive thru and take out now! Also, I noticed a drop in the friendliness of the baristas they are hiring! Well, here is 1 customer in me they lost. I am sure I won't be alone! read more

This location has all the characteristics of a nice Starbucks location -- nice clean and new standalone location. The drinks follow the same standard Starbucks preparation protocol, so this review is based on the service I received. I had a less than stellar experience with a cashier on the morning of 2/27/18. He had forgotten to give me my receipt, even though I requested it, and forgot to put my sous vide egg whites to the reheating oven. I had to remind him on both fronts. I was in somewhat of a hurry so my typical 2-3 minute visit lasted closer to 7-8 minutes. read more

Got a mobile order this morning. Coffee was done right but not very hot. We did have 6 drinks and we weRe on time but still. My wife works at one of the busiest SBucks in Florida and even tho morninngs are absolutely crazy the drinks are hot. Of course there's always room for mistakes and I understand. I'm from Seattle and used to good customer service and competent, timely service. The kids here are friendly but the coffee drinks are inconsistently made. And they routinely delay espresso drinks to other kinds so that i often get my coffee after several customers who came in after me have their teas and frufru drinks. And getting no room/room/light room down is particularly a challenge for this store. read more

I've tried this Starbucks so many times, but their espresso just never taste right in the afternoons. I don't know if they need to calibrate their machines or what the problem is, but the espresso is always way bitter and burnt tasting. I typically go to the Target Starbucks across the street (bc I've had such poor tasting drinks here), but needed drive thru today. Waste of money. Please figure out the espresso machines. read more

I was very happy when this location reopened and i used to go there everyday i started to slow down and now i only go to the one in target across the street because at first everyone knew what they were doing when you ask them to make something they knew exactly what you were wanting them to make they didn't argue with you about what you wanted and tell you that they cant do it and give you no reason why, but now they have a whole new staff nobody seems to know what they're doing they're all just running around constantly looking for stuff they either just cant find or dont have , and the simplest of orders they argue with you about and then they finally get it correct you go to pick up your drink and it's completely wrong the wrong flavor everything and they tell you that's what you ordered when it's clearly not but they put it on the receipt and did not take down anything that you ordered on the receipt read more

I've been going to this Starbuck's for the last 8 months at least twice a week with no issue until this last month. Each time I go, whether it's at the drive thru or inside I get the wrong drink or an extensive wait time. The last two experiences happened this week alone. Yesterday I got the wrong drink at the drive thru and then I called to complain (since I've had multiple issues there, I couldn't take it anymore) which they let the phone ring for several minutes. When I called back again about 30 minutes after leaving the drive thru they finally answered and said they apologize and will write my name down for a credit the following morning. When I showed up today (the following morning) at the drive through the same girl who gave me the wrong drink yesterday stared at me without a greeting and I explained the situation. To which she replied, "uh let me get the manager." The manager came and said no one wrote my name down but just take the drink I ordered. which was extremely rude. when handed the cup it was the WRONG DRINK AGAIN! I kindly stated "excuse me but this drink is wrong also. " both the manager and employee stated, "oh oops" and then handed me the correct drink. Long story but the point is their service has declined GREATLY over the last month and I'm disappointed to be losing my favorite coffee shop in North Cape Coral. read more

When this location first opened with all of the experienced workers it was amazing! We went there everyday and everybody understood coffee, never a bad experience. Fast forward a few months and they've basically hired a whole new staff. This would be okay except THEY ARE ALL 1) HORRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS. seriously, don't go here unless you feel like being yelled at or want to repeat your order at least five times only to have it made completely wrong. I have honestly never had them make an order of mine right on the first try and they burn the expresso literally every time you order it. ( An older worker explained to us that they're leaving it sit after they make it instead of using it fresh and that's what's giving the drinks the 'burned' taste ugh ) 2) 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. One time I went in to a barista arguing with a customer because she said "it wasn't her job" to call out drinks as they've been made and are ready for pickup. She followed this up by screaming ( I do seriously mean SCREAMING )the next few people's orders and slamming them down on the counter in front of a manager who saw I was visibly upset by this and gave me the excuse "oh, you know how it is, they're just a bit understaffed today" ...WHEN THERE WERE FIVE PEOPLE WORKING. Also not an excuse to act like they did. I've been waiting for the day this location got a yelp page to share these horrible experiences so you know what you're in for when you go!
