It should feel welcoming and comfortable, with enough room to work, meet, catch up, or simply slow down for a while. What makes the story of Chocolattés even more meaningful is where it began. In 2003, Chocolattés opened inside HealthPark Medical Center, a place where most people probably don't wish to spend their day. Yet, one cup of coffee at a time, they found a way to uplift visitors, staff, and families during some of life's more difficult moments. Over the next 12 years, Chocolattés expanded to all four major hospitals, bringing that same experience to even more people. Today, with two locations in Southwest Florida, that story has evolved into something you can enjoy outside the hospital walls. And the coffee? This is craft coffee in every sense of the word. Their beans are roasted in-house, and there is almost a science behind how they create each cup. You can tell there is intention behind what they serve. The prices are definitely on the higher end, but I think Chocolattés is one of those places where you can justify it whether you're treating yourself to a really good cup of coffee or need something a little extra to get you through a long day at work. I do love how outside it's very presentable clean looking and nice and like the modern aspect on it the entrance and exiting is a little strange but other than that, it is easy to manage. I don't understand why the staff is so stingy about handing out extra napkins when you order an ice beverage or food but the last 10 to 15 times that I have been to get my coffees and food items in the morning or in the afternoons, I only get one or two napkins. I'm not saying I need that meaning but I do have a bad habit of possibly spilling things lol. Miss Nancy is absolutely awesome and I look forward to talking to her in the mornings.
