It came out white, I immediately stopped taking anymore turned to the young girl at the counter and showed her what came out of the machine, She said it tastes the same even though color is white. I said I don't want it. She became very loud and told me I would have to pay for it. The owner who is NASTY said we cleaned the machine that's why its white. You will have to pay $2.09 for it. I said I don't want, she said your paying for it...So I did but when Strawberry turns white because of cleaning there is something not correct with equipment. Store was crowded and the teenager was raising her voice acting like a fool. The owner is really an incompetent business person. I was just going to get another flavor instead she lost a customer with a very large family. I said to the owner I was here this week had the strawberry and it was pink as it should. She said this happens when you clean the machine. This sounds crazy!!! Would you buy chocolate if it came out Blue?? My opinion is it is a Health Hazard if chemicals used to clean a machine change the color of the product!!!! Myself and my entire family will never go there again and have been going for years. The corporation has the WRONG Owner running the place!!!! Owe and yes I did pay the $2.09 but they didn't get a Tip...Which we usually leave $2-3.00 DON'T GO TO MENCHIES UNTIL THE MACHINES ARE LOOKED AT BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT-People get sick from just this kind of thing
