I've been to this location before and it was decent. Drive thru is typically pretty long because let's face it, who truly wants to get out of the air conditioned car in 100+ degree heat. We're usually traveling from out of town so we get out to grab the drinks, food and use the restroom inside. I will say inside is usually pretty clean and the customer service is good, however this last time it was very subpar. Wanted to order a pesto mozzarella sandwich but they were out of stock, ok no big deal wasn't the guys fault, so I'm looking in the case to see what else they have and I notice a fly flying around inside the case so I tell the guy there's a fly in there and he says ohh, don't worry we don't use anything in there but not in a caring way more of a yeah ok whatever way... idk about what others opinions are on that response but to me that was a very interesting response, not a thank you for bringing that to my attention, I'm so sorry about that then try and reassure nothing is used in there but idk I felt like it was a huge brush off and lack of health concern. I end up ordering an everything bagel w/ cream cheese. We get our drinks and food, we leave as we had somewhere to be by a certain time, I open my bagel bag to eat and there's a hair! Right when I opened my bag. Needless to say I was extremely turned off at that point. We couldn't go back right away so I call to let them know there's a hair in my bagel and if possible would like to come in within the next hour and a half to get a new one (I didn't want to but my party suggested I do), I talk with Yadeni (I think that's her name but am probably wrong so I apologize) and she was very sweet and said to come back when I could no problem. I recently visited the Starbucks in Bullhead and had a bit of a mixed experience. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the barista at the window, whose name was Renée, unfortunately didn't make the best impression. She seemed a bit disorganized and didn't greet me when I arrived, which set the tone. When it was time to pay, she kind of just lazily handed out the POS terminal without much effort, which made me have to really reach over to pay. And after I drove off, I realized that a couple of items were missing from my order--especially my coffee. When I came back to let them know, Renée gave me a bit of a sassy smirk and implied that it was my fault for driving off without it, which wasn't the most pleasant response. It definitely felt like she had a generally bad attitude, and that was a little disappointing. On the bright side, I also want to give a shout-out to another team member named Kenny. Kenny was super gracious, humble, and kind. He stepped in and helped me get my missing coffee without any hassle and really turned the experience around. So, while my first impression wasn't great, Kenny's kindness definitely made a positive difference. Overall, I hope the store can work a bit on the consistency of their service, but I'm grateful for Kenny for making things right! read more

I waited in line for more than 30 mins, along with the 4 cars in front of me and 5 cars behind me!! There was no way to get out of the drive thru line (which could be extremely hazardous) so I had to sit and wait. I had 2 drinks and 2 cake pops. It looked as through there was a new guy still training because he had to look at his ingredient board several times. May I suggest that if you are wanting the trainee to make drinks, wait when there isn't such a busy spurt, have someone assist them during that time, or at least have them just making the drinks coming in store and online rather then the drive thru while you have a LONG line of people waiting to order, grab and go. If you're wanting the trainee to get the experience then maybe have a waiting parking spot so people in the drive thru can get out if it's taking an exceptionally LONG time. The only reason I have a 2 star is because the girl working the drive thru and accepting payments was very apologetic and she even looked annoyed at the guy who made my drink. read more

I was in town for business and decided to stop and get some caffeine pick me up. The coffee is always good at Starbucks and the service at all locations is usually good but this location was a step above on my visits! The staff is VERY friendly! Waited 1hr7min in drive thru. I was about the 8th car back. When I got to the window, my drink is STILL NOT ready.

I stood waiting not a single person from the 5 member crew acknowledged me for about 8 minutes, I wasn't mad I was just surprised. When I was helped, the young lady who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and the atmosphere was nice. I just think that they need to give the customers inside the store equal or priority attention. That's my opinion and everybody is entitled to their opinion. I'm just giving you a heads up that Starbucks is giving more attention to their drive-thru then to people who come into the store. Starbucks is my jam. Brown sugar shaken espresso is a gift from god. It's delicious every time, service is great & pricing is getting more expensive but I'm still a customer for life. But the bagels are sorry, man oh man are they just sad. It is the most dry bagel with a lack of flavor and not even toasted. They offer a plain or everything bagel. The cream cheese comes in a cup on the side. Definitely recommend something like the spinach feta wrap with a packet of sriracha or the egg bites. read more

I waited nearly 20 minutes for a latte and a water cup, which because this is also a busy drive-thru location I didn't mind too much. But once I got to my car and opened the lid to my venti coffee, it looked like a grande at best. Props to Melissa and the manager I didn't catch her name for handling a customer very professional and polite. I was next in line and I'm very patient I just wanted my first pumpkin cold brew of the season and the customer ordering had the baristas cancel her order start over and wanted to know exactly what she was being charged and still gave instructions to Melissa while making her drink to do 3 more things to 1 drink. I don't think I could have handled that customer the way she did. My drink was delicious as always and I just played Pokemon Go. I am an avid Starbucks goer and I have never had an experience like I did this past weekend at this location. Saturday morning about 7am pulled in and saw a very busy drive through so went inside. Waited at least 15 minutes to get my drinks after ordering. Mind you I ordered a regular coffee and an Americano-nothing fancy or labor intensive. I happened to notice the car that was last in line at the drive through be served and leave before me. Went back again the next day but this time I mobile ordered. My order was placed at 11:53 am. I ordered an iced tea plain. Around 12:00 I asked if they had my order and was told-yes were making it now. Finally at 12:10 I asked for a refund. It was clearly busy but there seemed to have been plenty of staffing to accommodate. Whomever own this location has got to do a better job. Substandard Starbucks experience. read more
