i am disgusted at this Starbuck's attitude to disabled people!! I use this coffee shop 5 times a week, and on several occasions now, I have been totally ignored because they are busy!! I am a disabled lady and cannot get my mobility scooter into the coffee shop. I therefore sit outside and 3 of the staff know me well. I have no problem with Lisa, Stania and one of the younger girls, who will always come out to serve me. I am however not happy about the males instore, who ignore me completely when I am outside waiting to be served, and on many occasions have waited almost an hour before being served!!! I was especially put out a few weeks ago, when inviting another disabled friend to join me for a coffee ( she had just lost her husband), we waited over an hour and after asking a member of the public to ask someone to come out, I was told they were busy with customers!! I am also a regular customer!! In the end, my friend had to go and I was most embarsed to say the least!! Surely a bit of courtesy to disabled customers is to be expected, if I could walk I'd happily have gone in myself and ordered, but unfortunately that is not the case. Whatever happened to putting the customer first!! I'm sorry this had to be brought to your attention, but complaining to staff has got me nowhere. I appreciate your hekp in this matter, many thanks, Carolyn Casserly read more
