This is one of the worst Starbucks you can go to. Things are constantly wrong, misplaced, not to standard. There is no quality service. I have given them plenty of chances over the years because it is nearby, but you're better off going literally anywhere else. There's one down the road, and personally the best one is off 17th AVE one exit north 405 in a different district with arguably better management. Not to mention you'll get parking tickets in the lot which is not directly Starbucks fault but just so you're aware if you plan a long stay. read more

This is the closest location to my college so I go there often, but mean employees. They do not make my order correct. I had to ask them to remake for a couple of times which I never do at other places. Ambiance is good but nothing else. read more

Drinks were ok, but we had ordered ahead and when we went to the drive thru to get our drinks, my husband got them and asked: what is this one? so he could know which one to pass down, and the girl at the drive thru just said: "well it's whatever you ordered". This is the dirtiest Starbucks in the area . The tables are NEVER clean , floors dirty , garbages overflowing and when I go to order and there's no one on front of me , I get ignored half the time . Love the location of this Starbucks but sadly they almost always mess up my tea drink. My order is a tall english breakfast tea in a grande cup with 2 raw sugars and half and half. This gives me only 1 tea bag which is what I prefer. Today they gave me two, which makes it too strong and gross in my opinion. I didn't notice until I was at my destination. This Starbucks is so convenient! The staff is very nice and friendly. I had a Mango Dragonfruit to drink and it is so delicious. This is my favorite drink! You can also get it with lemonade or tea or just plain dragonfruit. All varieties are delicious. I also had a Sausage egg and cheddar sandwich and it was delicious as always. I did notice that the size of this breakfast sandwich has changed to a smaller size. It use to be larger which I prefer but it is still delicious. The area here is nice. The weather is very pleasant. I do think more tables are needed outside. When you come here you will have a very enjoyable experience. read more

Love this Starbucks! It's obviously a great perk I can walk to it from my apartment without barely having to go outside. The staff is always really friendly and gets my drink right 100% of the time, repeating it back to make sure they have it (I really appreciate that because when you're wearing a mask, it REALLY muffles the sound and in a coffee shop, that makes it really, really hard to hear!) I love how they are trying to reduce contact with the handoff of drinks and snack by using baskets - not sure who thought of that, but well done! Also appreciate how a few tables are open to use the wifi, and opening the patio up so we can take in this lovely weather while those of us who need to still get work or studying done can enjoy our coffee with the sun as well. If you are ever traveling through and need some caffeine or a snack, this is SUPER easy-to-get-to sbux, and hardly ever a line. read more

I ordered one cappuccino with caramel topping (my favorite) and one spinach breakfast. Everything was good. The girl (blond) who served me was kind and nice to me even with my poor English. This morning at 8:00 am, I went through the drive through as was helped by the sweetest boy! I have a sweet spot for people who are unaware of their abilities and I could tell that he was nervous and shy spoken but he did so well in communicating and creating a positive experience for myself. He was quick with my order and change and was extremely kind and appreciative when I informed him that he could keep my change. I am writing this review because I hope that the management at this location rewards him for being an amazing employee! This is one of my favorite cute and convenient Starbucks locations. It is in a newer little strip mall with some other great restaurants and shops located right off of the I-405 Exit 24 Beardslee Blvd exit so you can jump on or off the highway within 30 seconds. I usually order ahead using the mobile app and the always-friendly employees have my food/drink ready to go when I arrive. The drive thru is usually pretty speedy and easy to get in and out of. The inside of the store feels a little small but has plenty of seating and is super modern and clean. read more

Clean! Quick! Friendly! Starbucks stores are a little hard to rate because they are generally the same. But this one is part my morning ritual, and I wouldn't rate it if I wasn't a fan. I have been to several Starbucks stores that aren't well maintained or don't feel very "Starbucks-y", but this one I actually enjoy going to. I love the variety of tables, patio space, drive through availability, and location. Right off the highway, very fast and friendly. The inside has expansive space for meeting with clients or studying. I am known to drive out of my way to something further if I am not a fan, so thankfully this store is in great condition. read more

The staff here is amazing! There is an extremely sweet lady who is always at the drive thru. She greets you with a big beautiful smile and gives you your order exactly how you want it! If a mistake is made, she changes it up in less than 1 minute. Their drive thru service is wonderful, extremely quick, and even if you see a "long line" trust me, it will be over in 40 seconds because that is how quick they are! Still new considering the whole plaza is all new. The location seems in a kind of isolated area of Bothell but its not too far from i405. The establishment stays fairly busy and likely most of the activity is from the UW students and the apartment complex surrounding. The area is really nice and the Starbucks matches that niceness of its surrounding. The Starbucks here feels homey with a dark color scheme and mostly wood furnishing. There's even a section in the back that wraps around that's a bit more quiet if you need to work and study. The staff is friendly and speedy. Even though there's a little, there's never a long wait to order or receive your order. The quality of beverages and food are at the expected Starbucks standard. I enjoyed coming here and plan on going back. read more

This is a very busy and loud starbucks. You almost have to make a reservation to even get a seat. They do not even have nitro cold brew even though every other starbucks I have been to does. I am not impressed. read more

While I've only visited this Starbucks a couple of times, there are a couple of glaring issues I've ran into. First, the morning cashier's don't seem very friendly at this location. I understand the stress of working in the morning and dealing with grumpy individuals who haven't had their coffee yet, however a smile would go a long ways customer service wise. Second, each time I've came in for food, they've messed up my order. Both times the item they charged was more expensive than the item ordered, and the cashier did not notice the difference and offer to refund the overage amount. I believe part of the reason that the food was messed up is the cashier did not repeat back what I ordered, i.e. "That was a english egg-white muffin correct?" If the cashier's used better habits, and slowed down in what they were doing, I believe it could go a long-way in preventing wasted food and drinks. Finally, each time I've come into this Starbucks in the morning, I feel there isn't enough employees working. Everyone in the building has an overtone of stress in their body language, and it makes me want to leave the establishment as fast as possible. Overall I've experienced much better customer service at other Starbucks, but I believe the customer service here can be improved by an increased interest in the customer from the cashiers, following better "scripts" while serving a customer (ex: confirming order, being polite), and having enough employees working to make the establishment feel less "rushed." read more

I like this location because it's close but there is another one by Staples that I really love. This one has nice people, you don't really get personable friends except there are a couple that are really sweet. I saw one that was regular for awhile during my break between jobs. Main issue is sometimes the wait lines are really bad. My mom also complains about how she waits and waits and doesn't even get her drink for free or a special credit for the next drink. I have gotten it a few times for barely waiting so I wonder if they have an odd ball system for choosing time spans on free drinks for customers. It's a nice location for the college though, as you can just walk there if you have a long break. Coffee seems to be very tasty every time I get it and they really listen to my odd orders with special requests (I have major allergies/diseases that prevent me from having certain products). In all, I recommend this place except for the wait times at random points of the day. I really haven't figured it out yet and I come here often. read more

Three cheers for great customer service!! These folks are busy, and sometimes it gets a little crazy in there. I get it. There are apartment buildings all around and a long line at the drive thru. The other day I branched out (SHOCKER!) and ordered something new. A peach green tea. I was so excited! Now, if you know me, you know I am ... ahem ... not skinny and always struggle with my weight. That doesn't mean I deprive myself, I love a treat, but I cut sugar whenever I can. I walked out and took a sip. SUUUUUUUUGAR! It was intensely sweet, I could not drink it. I was embarrassed but I went back in to talk to them. I was so happy at how they quickly asked me what I wanted instead and worked hard to make sure I was happy. I learned more about how they make the seasonal drinks and how I can order them w/o the massive amount of sugar. Kudos Starbucks team! I'll be back :))) read more

To my disappointment, I have to bring this Starbucks down to one star after the many, many times they have messed up my drink, causing me to have to circle around the crowded parking lot and back through the drive thru. This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in the country. Unfortunately it's the one that's practically downstairs from where I live. Every time I order a simple passion tea with Splenda, in an empty store the staff just walks around stoned and giggling while I stand there waiting. Usually I go and sit down because it takes that long. Then they will laugh and apologize for the wait. Makes me miss my old Starbucks where they were so professional and would have comped a drink if I had to wait ten minutes. Forget about anything custom or more complicated. I've had to throw every coffee drink from here in the trash. Also not a good place to meet friends if you can't sit outside because there is no comfortable seating, just stools. Avoid this corporate death trap that squirts out burnt watery coffee. read more

I live near the area, so sometimes this starbucks i use is just for the convenience. Very rarely is my coffee made right, and i just don't have the patience to go the the drive thru again to get them to make it right. The last time i ordered i actually had to tell the girl how to ring up my coffee, because she was charging me almost 2 bucks more for a drink i normally get at any starbucks. The drive thru is usually very slow, and forget about trying to go in the mornings. I wish i could say i like them but their prices and service have me going elsewhere. read more
