On the plus side, they were able to get drinks out pretty quickly, in spite of there being quite the crowd. The space was clean and modern. Also, the bathroom was clean and very much appreciated on our road trip. I probably wouldn't sit and enjoy my drink here, due to the high traffic (at least when I visited). We ordered a Sausage Kolache, the Chicken Etouffee, the Chicken Pho, and a Chocolate Cream Puff. Everything was delicious! The baking skill on the kolache and cream puff were top notch. The Etouffee hit the spot with my husband and I enjoyed the Pho immensely. If you like a little spice, there is sriracha to add to your dish. Perfect comfort food as we move into the colder months. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time so we were able to have a lovely chat with the owner. She is a true gem.
