I chatted with the owner Seth who is passionate about his beans. I enjoyed the taste even without cream. I asked for him to grind the Guatemala coffee that I bought for a friend. He gladly complied. He removed a few bad beans as he poured the bag of beans into the grinder and grabbed another handful of beans to replace the beans he took out. I hope to sample more of his coffee.

This seems like a place that the locals know more about as it's tucked a little off the man drag, and it's filled with light. It has a lovely, modern southwest feel which is totally pleasant. Mom runs the register and Dad does the butchering. They had fresh lemon pastries when my wife and I went in. This is a local grocery with a little of everything. Expect to spend more than at a box store. The oldest locals still go here and spend $0.05 for the candies that cost them $0.01 when they were kids.
