Until recently, I was happy with the majority of the staff and the service, but not after the experience I had. A few days ago, I ordered on the app. I was just a few minutes out so when I pulled up to the order menu, I let the cashier know I had just ordered. When I pulled up to the window, the cashier reprimanded me stating "for an order like this" I should have ordered at least 15 minutes in advance (apparently, I missed that memo). What did I order, you ask? A bacon gouda sandwich and a berry refresher; that is it!!!! The cashier did inform me how lucky I was, and they were getting my order ready (I felt so honored that they would provide customer service to a paying customer-sarcasm). Mind you, I could have ordered it at the window, or they could have asked me to pull into the takeout slot, so as not to hold up the nonexistent line; cars behind me= 0. I am not a scene-maker, so I drove off with a sandwich and a drink in tow. That whole experience just was weird, to say the least. What type of business culture empowers an employee to feel so embolden that they can reprimand a customer for ordering two items from THEIR menu, and paying their wages? Bye STARBUCKS app deleted, there are better options with much better customer service. read more

At this location it's hit or miss if the coffe is made well. I get the same drink but it tastes bad sometimes. Too old or too bitter. I don't complain but just don't go to this one if I can help it. The Grind on cedar lake is a better choice. Or even empanada across road read more

I love this place. Love their coffee. Love their employees. I dont like their prices or how busy they are. They can't control the customer volume cause it is ridiculous inside and out. You can save time by ordering ahead at least 15 minutes and then going inside to get your order. Tip your employees they are working hard. read more

This is my go-to starbucks in the local area. It is directly down the street from Keesler AFB. The staff is always friendly and personable. They take the time to explain the drinks on the menu if you ask any questions. It is easy to build a rapport with them. The building itself is very small so I would not recommend it as a place to study. Unless you want to sit outside because they have that option as well. read more

Ridiculous experience this morning. of all the coffee to choose from, we went with Starbucks, mostly for convenience because the group knew what they usually order at SB and with a large group early morning decision process can be lonnnnng. What a total chaotic experience FAIL! Have you ever heard of ordering a Venti and the barista gives you two small then upon commenting she pours it in a large. So there is now foam in layers and of course the caramel drizzle stayed in the two small cups. Then barista comments" be careful with the lid because it doesn't fit. This turned out to be an hour long visit of chaos and displeasure and certainly tasteless product. Also the food inventory was low and the item I finally got a yes on came out of the display case. Curious as I thought those were cardboard and just for display. I think I'm right after a bite. Trashed that order. Sorry locals next time will take the time to visit real coffee and service. read more

Went through the drive-thru around 8 am with only 1 other car in line. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 chocolate shaken espresso drinks, 1 frapp and 1 hot chocolate. We were given the 2 espresso drinks and what I'm assuming was 2 hot chocolates, as none of the drinks were labeled. Had to go inside to get our missing drink (no big deal). Our espresso drinks, which were exactly the same, not only looked like two different drinks but they tasted awful. We have ordered this exact drink multiple times (from other locations) and it has always been delicious. We asked them to remake them and while they tasted better, they still were nothing like how they were supposed to taste. I had heard not great things about this location and should have listened to my gut telling me to go somewhere else. read more

I almost always order an iced Americano, and it never disappoints. The quality of the coffee is excellent. I also occasionally order egg bites or a protein box, which are both great as well. The drive-through line can get long at times, and it takes quite awhile. This may just be due to more people using the drive-through now due to COVID-19. read more

I like this location a lot. It's very conveniently located and easy to spot being right on the corner. I usually use the mobile order option and they are so fast! I think they don't get many mobile orders at this time, but I'll take advantage of being a minority in this case. There is plenty of seating (room for 10 at small tables, 2 lounge chairs with foot stools and 4 barstool seats). The lounge chairs are the only comfortable seats. They have a good selection of gift cards and other merchandise if that's your jam. They make excellent green tea lattes and anything with matcha! read more

This is a small building, at the very corner of the parking lot of a strip mall that is shared with a GameStop. The parking in front is limited, but there is parking in the rear, which is in front of the strip mall. For the drive thru, you go around the front, and then order to the rear of the building. The time I came, they seem to only be able to handle one drive thru customer at a time. I heard them tell the person in front of me to hold a minute, then took the order as the previous customer drove away. They did the same for me. Other than that, everything was as normal. I did not go inside, so I can not speak to that. read more

Can you really review Starbucks? Uh, heck yea you can..lets go! Location: drive thru! It's a hit or miss, one time I swear I waited like 20min for 2 drinks. Other times, I blink and I've should've drove up like 5min ago. They close at 9pm (almost like everything else in this gosh darn city) they're supposed to open at 5am...although, one time it was 530am and no one was there....WHOOOOPS! Inside: not a lot of tables. Small bar across the window, maybe sits like 4. They have a lot of different cups/mugs/tumblers, etc. They only have New Orleans "You are here" mugs. Not sure if MS doesn't have one at all. They have all of the cookies, sandwiches, breakfast and baked goods most Starbucks have but they DON'T have any salads or Bistro boxes. Which honestly, is a bummer for me. The staff is pretty chill, now...it was kind of sketch going in at first (a few months ago) because most of them have like, no personalities, sort of like robots. You could totally tell that there was tension and/or the team just didn't vibe well. My favs tho: Brooke, Danica, Cotton, Tavia, Chloe and shoot, there's one more. The wife and I stopped needed a caffeine fix, so we made a quick detour to hit this drive thru. Big mistake, HUGE!!! Only one car in front of us that had already ordered and it took them approximately 7 mins to get a tall Frappe. Now, it was our turn for our iced coffee, add another 7 minutes. I watched the employee have a conversation on her phone as opposed to actually doing her job to fulfill my order. After she hung up her phone, she proceeded to make my order, smiled as she handed me the order and then apologize for the wait. I was a bit pleased at the surprised look on her face when I called her out on the fact it took 15 minutes for two drinks and a phone call. Love my Starbucks coffee. I'm a gold membership. For most the time, service is excellent, coffee is great, time and price is reasonable. But I did had a time or two that my coffee didn't taste right and the service was slow. I had to give up caffeine, so I have to drink decaf. I ordered a decaf coffee this morning OTW to work, and it was lukewarm by the time I got there 15 min later. I called to complain about it and the manager argued with me that she saw them make it and demanded to know if I had waited too long to drink it, then told me that I was being nasty when I got offended by the question. She said I need to order it differently in the future, and did not even offer a replacement! When I get a decaf coffee from the Walmart gas station it stays hot for at least thirty minutes, how dare I expect Starbucks to do better than that?! The worst part, I tipped a full dollar on a $3 coffee that I could have gotten for 97 cents at Walmart instead. Shame! read more

I love Starbucks. Its always where I like to "get away" for a little bit. However, there is nothing spectacular about this location. It is small and the atmosphere is lacking. I go here because it is the closest one to where I work and live but I make the trek up to D'Iberville to get a better atmosphere.
