Apparently you'll need to get your ass back in the car, drive somewhere that maintains a working relationship with both fruit juice AND champagne, and try again. Even the September menu was giving Christmas, which was very odd. It felt like they had given up for the rest of the year. The coffee was just okay and nothing memorable. After we sat down with our drinks, I asked for the Wi Fi, and that's when the barista told me they didn't have any. I'm pretty sure I laughed out loud. The service itself was good, and the baristas were very nice. After finding out there was no Wi Fi, I checked Yelp and saw the owner's response to another review explaining why the business doesn't offer it. It's 2026, almost 2027, and nearly every coffee shop has figured out how to provide Wi Fi for customers and maintain reliable systems behind the scenes. To me, it feels more like an excuse. I'm guessing many of the regulars are older locals who don't need Wi Fi and primarily come in to chat. If you're looking for somewhere to work, this is not the place.

Our recent order was for the Chocolate Bavarian Cream cake, which comes with layers of chocolate cake, strawberries, cream, and more. The 10 inch cake was upwards of $80, but I think it is worth every penny for the pure decadence of it all. We've ordered it several times over the years and it is always a hit at birthday parties. I also usually get my wife an order of their chocolate covered strawberries on Valentine's Day, because they put a lot of attention to detail and always use large, plump fruit. They often put the same strawberries on some of their cakes. In addition to custom orders, they maintain an inventory of smalls from cookies to mini versions of their cakes, so you can walk in and try out various stuff. They also serve coffee inside, so it's a great place to pick up a sweet treat on the way home from work.
