Went through the drive thru to pick up a drink ordered through the Starbucks app. This Starbucks location can easily be seen from Roswell Road. The drive thru loop, which can be entered near the front of the building, goes entirely around the building. Even though there were four cars ahead of me in the line, the baristas moved the drive thru customers through quickly. The voice in the speaker was cheery and welcoming. The woman at the window happily confirmed that the order was for the correct car, then put the drink in a mug and held the mug out to me. The drink was perfectly made. read more

**Editing Review** I am now IRATE with this place! This is the 2nd time I come through drive through and no carved ham and Swiss sandwich!!! Is it too difficult to know how much to purchase based on the last couple weeks of orders??!!! I mean come on! So now I just wasted time in a drive through I am not ordering at. The layout here is mostly communal, not sure what I think of that just yet. There are comfy side chairs that too close to each other which make it awkward for two separate people to enjoy. Then there's padded bench/booth seating off the the side which thank the universe was available. The service was good and typical friendly. Newbie here just forgot my freakin tea. Clean, new (to us) Starbucks located off of Roswell road. More of a rectangular shaped Starbucks, this place was pretty empty when we visited, and sadly most of their goodies and snacks were also gone because they sold through everything when we visited them on a Saturday afternoon. If you've been to Starbucks, you're familiar with what they have, from pastries to muffins, sandwiches and croissants, juices and of course coffee/tea. There is a drive thru for convenience, and customer service was nice enough. Seating was actually pretty plentiful with a series of long tables being put together to form one long central table, with several smaller tables alongside the larger table. We came to this Starbucks mainly because we had a gift to purchase and just happened to be in the area. Probably not a place we'll be back to especially since we aren't close. If you live here though, this Starbucks is probably a good place for you! read more

Ok. I live in a triangle of Starbucks. Well more than a triangle but I don't go to the ones in Target and Kroger because you can't order ahead. Why not? Who knows. I am rating these against Starbucks as a whole. Not against the world of coffee opportunity. Also, if you are not using the Starbucks app, download it now. It guarantees you a free coffee on your birthday and about every 10 items you get a free one. It also tracks your specific order, you can hit to order the same thing again with your preferences and you can see if the location is out of something you want and who has it. And issues are addressed quickly through the app. This is my second most reliable location near me but most out of the way. Which isn't really much out of the way but not on my usual daily path. They tend to have most products in stock. The staff are friendly though they seem to be a bit harried much of the time. I find them overall to be reliable and consistent - I would give them 4.5 stars in my starbucks comparison but that's not an option! read more

Dropped into this location of Starbucks this morning on my way to work. This is going to be my new neighborhood Starbucks, so I'll be stopping by here a lot. I was pretty pleased with it overall. It is your typical Starbucks. The staff working this morning was pretty friendly and they looked as if they had their act together. My breakfast plans have been on hold for almost half an hour, as my friend thought he could run in to this store and grab a quick cup of coffee before crossing the street to meet me at the breakfast place. He ordered at 10:02. As of 10:27 he still does not have his drink. I think I speak for us all when I say 25+ minutes to wait for a drink is not what we're looking to experience. Also. In case we haven't all worked at different Starbucks locations for a total of 6 years, even if you aren't fully staffed, one of your bars is broken, and the world is collapsing down around you, you should never have a 30+ minute wait time. This Starbucks location is conveniently located in Chastain Square, near my ballet studio that I take the occasional class at. Small with limited seating, but I found a seat easily enough, although I wished for a seat along the wall with an outlet. The barista seemed meh about being there, but I get it, I've been there, we've all had those days. There was little to no food options left, so I ended up getting a morning bun (less extreme version of a cinnamon roll) at 6pm with my dirty chai tea latte. Middle to high school girls were going in and out of this Starbucks. I saw a couple tutoring sessions, as well. Seems like this is the popular after school study/hangout spot. Not giving a 3 star due to the staff as much as the design and speed of service (which is more due to having 3 workers with busy store traffic). When you wait in line from the front of the store you see the extra pastry items that are typical out of sight in most locations. You also see the pastries being cooked, which is not typical. I think size of the store is the challenge. Seating is not bad for the size of the store. I am very picky with Starbucks Stores, so keep that in mind with this rating. read more

So slow and not polite or very helpful at all- seem to be annoyed at customers. Guy working the bar this morning proceeds to read my order incorrectly and says white mocha- so I say it was suppose to be a white hot chocolate which means no coffee- so this jerk starts arguing with me that it is the same thing!!!! that if it said latte on it then it would mean coffee and mocha does not mean coffee... Dear Starbucks please teach your employees that a WHITE MOCHA IS NOT THE SAME AS A WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE- and the proceed to be a jerk and argue with the customer (after I said never mind) and insists on trying to correct me and tell me I am wrong!!! I love the Barista's here! Awesome service, fresh goodies in the fridge and fun coffee cups that are on sale here but full price at other locations. The only down side is the oddly small lot out front. I realize Buckhead Betty's cant be bothered by looking in their rear view mirror when they back up, due to too much Botox, but can you at least park correctly? They had nothing posted or displayed in the case as to if they had the breakfast sandwiches. They did have them at this location but were out of all. Hmmm. So this used to be one of my favorite Starbucks until the new loitering policy was put in place. There is now a guy who consumes one of the 2 outside tables EVERY SINGLE DAY. He is not a patron, he just uses the table so it is virtually impossible to ever sit outside and enjoy your coffee in peace at this Starbucks. Good news it is moving- hopefully the new location will have more outdoor seating so that patrons may be able to sit and enjoy their coffee. read more
