I have to update my review for Brash because I have become more impressed with their coffee after returning on multiple visits. Their espresso is prepared well - both regular and decaf are strong but not over-extracted and consistently deliver a quality shot. I've had a few other espresso-based drinks, and the baristas have generally done well. I've enjoyed their cortado, flat white, and a surprisingly good limited time maple flat white. I got the Iced Americano from here and it was not my favorite thing. It was made with 4 shots of espresso which is a lot. The drink was pretty strong, but I did need the boost for the day. A bit too strong though, so I ended up throwing away most of it since I was drinking this close to 4pm. The roast itself wasn't my most favorite. It was pretty bitter, but did get better the more I drank the drink. This coffee shop is located inside the Atlanta History Center making it convenient for museum visitors. Was recommended to try this place out. It was a huge benefit to have free parking in their garage in the back. This is establishment is a small business as a part of a larger entity. So there are other options to eat that if you want a bigger bite than what the Cafe has to offer. I got a cinnamon bagel that was decent but could have been sweeter. I have always enjoyed going to Brash! This location is in the Atlanta History Center with Souper Jenny making it very convenient to get a coffee and a meal. The coffee I would say is always quite good, this time getting the brown sugar cinnamon latte which was a nice seasonal drink. I prefer getting it iced, but even hot it was still pretty nice. The workers there are always very nice and quick to prepare orders and appreciate all the seating inside and outside that they offer. Such a great lil coffee spot within Atlanta History Center. I recently visited this Brash location with my awesome teammate Alexa for a day of coworking and we couldn't have picked a better spot. Set in a portion of AHC alongside Souper Jenny's, the space that Brash lives in is a large two-story space with incredibly high ceilings and space for dozens of folks. The Brash Coffee menu is small but mighty, offering all of the essential cafe favorites from lattes, espressos, matcha, iced coffee, etc. They also had a lovely seasonal menu including some flavors that I totally didn't expect like passionfruit citrus espresso tonic. Whatttt?! Sounded delicious. I've switched to decaf recently (pls don't judge, it's only for a moment lol) so I wanted to keep it simple. I originally planned to go with a basic latte with a little flavor (they have vanilla or chocolate, I usually like a toffee or caramel) but the lovely barista suggested that I try the seasonal lavender-hibiscus latte. I was hesitant at first thinking that it'd be hibiscus heavy (a flavor I love, but in my coffee? idk), but she assured me that they blended well and I'd taste more lavender than anything... so I went with it! There was also a display of pastries and I opted to keep it simple with a butter croissant, heated up. About 6 or 7 minutes after ordering I heard my name and my order was up. There's a nice little corner with lids, simple syrup and utensils, but the only thing I needed was a lid before heading back upstairs to indulge in my latte. It was delicious! Perfectly hot, sweet and the barista was right on about the flavor. The croissant was huge, buttery, warm and flaky, a perfect pairing with my latte. This would be my death row meal request! This place is amazing. There's nothing like this in Alpharetta. We had to drive all the way to Atlanta to experience this. So glad we did. I came here on Saturday around noon. I left a tour of the Swan House early to make a 12pm work Zoom meeting. I was relieved to find out that Brash Coffee had a location at the Atlanta History Center so I didn't have to find an alternative elsewhere - very convenient! The free parking deck is also a huge plus, so I think this would be a great place for a first date. I have previously been to Brash's West Midtown/Westside Provisions location on dates and enjoyed the coffee there. This time I ordered their seasonal matcha lemonade drink. I liked the different flavors overall but felt the drink was slightly more bitter than I'd liked. I also purchased a croissant, not toasted. It was large and I'm glad because a paid a pretty buck for it! Like other reviewers, I enjoyed the seating for work. There are high tables and larger square tables. I stumbled across Brash when I needed a break from shopping in Buckhead. They are located inside the Atlanta History Center, and parking is free. There are floor to ceiling windows and plenty of seating. There is a second floor loft as well. The baristas were courteous and gave great drink recommendations. My iced vanilla latte was delicious and perfectly creamy. Brash doesn't sell much besides coffee, however Super Jenny is next door if you're hungry. If I'm in the area again I'll stop in! read more

Their menu is simple & straight to the point. They have about 4 flavors you can make the coffees. I ordered the iced latte with almond milk & added vanilla. If you plan for a quick stop / curbside pick up then park in the round about parking spots available. They're labeled for 20 minutes parking. If you plan to stay longer, then pull up the the FREE parking garage that is clearly labeled and easy to find. There's not even a ticket for them to validate. You just pull in and park. Easy. II. SERVICE Informative and kind. What more could you ask for? III. QUALITY Standard. CAPACITY Busy & loud for a Friday afternoon. Attached is the museum gift shop and a cafe that you can order food along with a dining area and somewhat like a quiet study area upstairs a pretty cool neat place to enjoy coffee and learn about Atlanta's history!! Immediate parking area is small, we got lucky someone was leaving as we were coming in. Leaving Trader Joe's and in need of a coffee fix so I stopped in at Brash coffee. This has been on my list for a while so I was eager to see what all the fuss was about. Located in the the lobby of the Atlanta History Center in the heart of Buckhead. I was able to park right in front which is a semicircular area where everyone parks who don't plan to stay longer than 20 minutes. Apparently there is a parking lot attached to the museum if you are there more than 30 minutes for free. Upon entering there was a nice vibe all around with tables, chairs, and couches for seating downstairs, upstairs, and outside. Upstairs has a nice view and very quiet looks like a great spot for studying. While they don't have an abundance of flavor choices apparently their syrups are made in house and everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. There are a few coffees and espresso s that they serve daily I asked for their boldest blend and was given the Guatemalan espresso which I tried in an Americano with oat milk and it was tasty not bitter at all. I will definitely stop by the Howell Rd location which is closer to my home. read more

I love all the natural light at this location. It is shared with a Souper Jenny and is inside the Atlanta History Center. Parking is free in the garage and a short walk up to the place. I ordered one of their seasonal drinks, the matcha lemonade and it was pretty good. The presentation was great with the drink having three layers all different colors. I stirred it up and mixed it in before drinking of course, but got my pic for Instagram first! The wifi is strong and there are plenty of places to sit, including along outdoor table and some picnic tables far off in the front woods of the Atlanta History Center. Inside, there is bar seating, table seating, love seat seating, and a long sharable table. Most spots have easy access to an outlet, but sometimes you have to move around. The bathrooms are clean and I highly recommend this place to go and get some work done! read more

Dreamy coffee shop with ceiling to floor windows with the perfect amount of sunlight! I am personally a fan of the 2nd floor when I need to seriously get work done with people-watching for breaks in between. There is a semi-communal outlet near the center if you're staying for several hours :) I just love the variety at Brash - no single furniture will look like one another, you have options for high tops to regular dining tables throughout the shop, eclectic art pieces dispersed throughout. The drinks are pricey despite the small size, hence the 4 stars. I have definitely paid about $7 for a latte with milk substitution. While it's not somewhere I could afford every weekend, it has definitely become one of my go-to spots when I'm feeling a fancy cup of coffee with some work to do. read more

The coffee was good, but honestly overpriced. I'll be the first to spend a good amount of money on food, but for 2 lattes, we wound up paying almost $16. Granted, we did get almond milk and flavors shots, but still nearly $8 for what seemed to be a 16oz coffee is nuts. That aside, the lattes were good and the blueberry lavender flavoring wasn't too sweet, which I appreciated. If you go, I wouldn't recommend the decaf espresso. I've had good decaf espressos, but this one was a bit flat. My boyfriend had the caffeinated version of my drink though and there was a stark difference. His was delicious.
