This is one of the worst Starbucks - it's complete chaos. There is always a significantly longer wait than the app says there will be (15 minutes longer today). The store is dirty/messy and the staff all yell at each other and have crappy attitudes and don't even bother trying to be nice to the customers. The only saving grace is that they made the drinks ok. read more

I can only speak for the Starbucks at Cross St Marketplace. But Casey is our fav barista . Karen is also great . We love going to get our coffee in the mornings . Maybe a bit pricey but we are allowed to treat ourselves and we do ! Go treat yourself ! read more

Went inside because the drive thru line was so long. The parking lot is a bit small for as busy as they always are. However, the store was clean and the team was friendly. They were moving a bit slow but they were extremely busy so I'm not taking a star away for that. read more

Starbucks provide great places for coffee breaks when traveling. They are beacons for a boost to stay awake during those last miles of driving. They are usually also open late into the evening. This location was not far off I-69 in a fairly concentrated commercial area. I made a stop to get a java on my way home from Indianapolis after a day of business travel. This particular shop was rather nice and was decently spacious. It provided a good atmosphere in which to enjoy a beverage. The service was quite good as my Barista was friendly and efficient. The prices were what I would expect for a Starbucks in this region (a Tall coffee was $1.85). I like the dark roast pour-overs at Starbucks and the one I got here was up to my expectations. If you are in the area, this is a good bet if you are in the mood for a cup of joe. read more

Stopped here to use the wi-fi to watch a webinar while my daughter played softball at Anderson. Starbucks' wi-fi is pretty awesome considering the number of people I saw on laptops. Lots of seating for that purpose. (I've noticed that more Starbucks are going with tables and chairs, and ditching the couches and easy chairs. Obviously people use Starbucks for the wi-fi.) So I got my frappucino and watched an hour-plus webinar. I was lucky to find an AC outlet, and this is something that Starbucks may need to look into providing more. The staff is very friendly. Had some nice conversations with the baristas. I tried one of the wraps, a Thai chicken wrap, I think it was. I was actually very impressed with the taste and what I received for the price. The peanut sauce wasn't overly spicy unless you smother your wrap, which you shouldn't do anyway. Yes, I love my Starbucks, and this is a good one. read more

Probably the only Starbucks in the city of Anderson. This place can be busy during "coffee hour." Expect a good line on the drive thru as people have to get their daily dose of caffeine and maybe some sweets too. This place is a little hidden and can be a ways drive if you see the sign from the freeway. Don't expect it to be right outside the exit. Free wifi-fi and cozy seats. Once in a while a new barista is in the learning process but quickly adheres to the Anderson high standards. A super busy place employees are on a dead run. On a road trip and needed a caffeine boost. Saw the Starbucks logo on the exit food sign an pulled off the highway. I hate it when the business isn't near the exit. This one was about a mile away. Time waster. That was only the beginning. The store was busy which is not unexpected late in the afternoon. The staff was not efficient nor effective. Took 15 minutes to get a brewed coffee. Ordered a Pike and the pot was out. The young lady added coffee and started brewing. Alas, more wasted time. She began pouring as the coffee brewed. Result, the coffee equivalent of crack. read more

Honestly, I've never been overly impressed with or disappointed by our Starbucks, but they've had a barista with cute glasses who I think is named Sarah making drinks the past two mornings & she's amazing! Yesterday, my online order was taking longer than usual, but as I was waiting I noticed that she was busting out drinks super quick & was working on a huge order (like, 3 drink carriers full). I didn't mind waiting, & I was impressed that she didn't even seem stressed or overwhelmed as the printer kept rolling out stickers... Solid Starbucks. I don't live in Anderson but needed a place to meet a friend in the area, and the hours for this Starbucks worked for our timeframe. The folks working at the store were friendly, the line moved quickly, and our drinks were what we ordered and good. We were here on a Saturday afternoon but were still able to get a table. It would have been nicer if they were keeping up with cleaning off the tables (or if the customer before us cleaned off their table), but the bathrooms were clean enough. The offerings to buy (coffee, mugs, etc.) were also well stocked, if that's your scene. All in all, a good Starbucks experience. read more

The only reason I gave 3 stars is the employees are not friendly at all. The guy that made my coffee didn't say a word to me even when I said, "thank you" as he handed me my coffees. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. Verdict: DIRTY, like REALLY GROSS! I've driven through the drive through a few time, and it was quick and easy with friendly service. Then I made the mistake of going inside... [dun, dun, DUN!] and OMG it was DIRTY! Bugs flying around in the food cases, chucks of something moldy behind the counter, trash on the floor, sticky spots all over the customer mixing station, milk and chocolate sauce thrown around the counters in a festive manner... CAN THEY NOT SEE THIS MESS?! The people that work there seem nice and they are quick, but if it's that's dirty I just don't feel like I can trust that what I am consuming is safe. I start thinking about things like: did some of that mold get in my drink, do they use expired products, am I going to eat something a fly was all over? I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. read more

The staff are extremely slow, decided to go in before work. I did NOT get my COFFEE I requested for my money back. While waiting I observe the staff standing around talking instead of making drinks. Right when I request my funds back, instead of apologizing the guy seemed upset and told me that they were making my drink. After my observation I decided that I just will not go to this location. I've been all over Europe, Africa, and Asia and this by far is the SLOWEST location. read more

I must say, this is the worse Starbucks I have been two in 4 years of traveling the US. The floor is dirty, the condiment bar a mess, the drink station where my drink was made was very messy swimming in spilled drinks. The coffee, lights were blinking, the wood 8-10 were all empty, the stainless pitchers all had milk rings and looked dirty. They even got my drink wrong, double espresso macchiato with a sweet in low, showed up as a double espresso, after standing in line for 5 minutes, instead of remaking it correctly they just poured hot milk over the cold shots, I got to my table and tasted the Luke warm drink with no sweet n low in it. They have cake pops!! It seems like most Starbucks are usually out of cake pops but not this location they always have some available.

Most of time this Starbucks it hit or miss. This morning a had the worst Starbucks double shot I've ever had. Seems like a retraining would be a good idea here. Went through the drive thru a couple of days ago. Who ever was running the drive thru was extremely slow. It was taking her forever to give people their change. I get up to the window and saw my drink sitting there, along with 5 or so other drinks waiting to be served. She took forever to even get the money from me due to the fact that she was chit chatting.
