The biggest downside is that their espresso machine has been down for over a week. I checked in a couple of times while stopping at outlets, and it's still not up and running.

Working opening shifts at my job means that coffee is almost a necessity for the start to my day…read more Thankfully, there is a Caribou right along my route to work that I stop at frequently for a kick start to my day. Usually, my coffee is brewed quickly and I'm out only a couple of minutes after walking through the doors. My regular choices, the Mint Condition Mocha and the White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Mocha (seasonal), are always a delicious treat and help me make it through the morning, but there was once a time when I tried their Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte and was not impressed. Other than the fact that the drink tasted like blended grass, there were many random chunks that I couldn't help but spit out. The employees are very polite and always make me feel welcome. It's nice to see the same people and have them remember you. Some even take the time to walk your coffee to you. However, there have been a couple of instances when the store opened later than usual on days when it's normally open at 5:30. This has resulted in a few instances when I wasn't able to go in before my shift. Overall, it's definitely a decent coffee shop and I will continue to visit regularly before work or whenever I need a boost. Having a rewards card is always a plus, too.
