The attitude of the employees working there could also be better and customers in the dining area should not have to hear them talk about other customers who have left. Bad business. And just as every community has their own vibe/feel, so do the businesses that reside there. The outdoor seating here is right on the sidewalk (with more tucked in close to the building). Their bagels are fantastic, and i love how many different and varied flavours they offer. The service is on par with the excellent food, and you can really tell that they love their job and their customers.
