On 10/24, I submitted a mobile order at 7:28am. By the time I got there at 7:38 to pick it up, the sandwich was ready, but the drink was nowhere to be found. At 7:45, the drink was still not ready as they continued to make orders for the drive thru that was coming in. I went up to the counter to cancel the drink and request a refund. At this time, they tried telling me that my drink was ready and proceeded to attempt to hand me a drink that was not what I ordered. I reiterated I wanted to just cancel the drink and get a refund as I had to get to work, and was advised that I just needed to "go through the app." I tried this since I was brushed off by the workers there, but the app would not allow me to cancel the order or request a refund. I then submitted feedback through Dunkin's website but still have not heard anything. Over the last 2 years, this Dunkin has gone severely downhill, which is a shame
