It was seamless and "almost" right on the projected time frames. Through the process they kept me up to date and were available for a few questions I had along the way. The installation crew came out and they were EVEN better than the customer service and sales rep. Eduardo Naranjo needs a promotion and a raise. The man was so humble, genuine and all around a great guy. He dealt with my kids and many dogs with no fear lol. He was professional and kept me apprised of everything the crew was doing. At then end of the installation I was sad to see the man and his team go because they were so personable and efficient. The install of my panels and batteries looks way way better than I could have imagined. I already had existing solar that I liked. But this new system blows it out the water. Anyway. Love Stellar Solar and very happy with my new system!

It felt like I was the project manager all the time, following up on schedule, and then calling to verify. I had a feeling that the teams are split and everyone only does their job based on a scope and not as a team. Sometimes, I just want the truth on timing.... Bc Everytime I get a timing commitment, it's delayed and or no show and then also no updates. The project is still on-going with skirting, commissioning wasn't even done , painting of pipes/conduits... so will update accordingly. 8/6/26 : the team swiftly came the next day and finished painting and commissioning so I will add a star. 8/12/26: Just had a constructive discussion with Dayne and Savannah -- overall very positive. While my earlier frustrations were real, the conversation helped me better understand the complexities of the contractor side of the business. I also came away feeling that OC Solar genuinely puts care and attention into each project. The project isn't fully complete yet (inspections, skirting, and a few other items remain), but the overall execution moved at lightning speed and exceeded my own expectations. At the end of the day, it's the final result that counts so I will increase it to 5 stars.

Dillon uncovered the faulty circuit breaker. He cleaned it as good as he could that afternoon and returned the next day with a brand new "contemporary style" breaker which he installed. Problem fixed! Prompt, clean, efficient and friendly. Who can ask for more? The $200 service call included the new circuit breaker. If I ever have another electrical issue, I'm only calling the team at Laguna Electric.

They sent Travis out promptly, who is their electrician where he found that the issue was resolved by replacing a faulty 40-amp breaker that was intermittently providing the necessary voltage, even though measurements initially appear correct. While the breaker issue caused real inconvenience and unexpected costs on my end, the owner was responsive and showed willingness to smooth things over to work toward a resolution. I also want to highlight that the panel upgrade and solar/battery installation itself was clean and well done. The workmanship that Eddie, Manny, Christian and Jamie performed had overall met my expectations, and once the issue was identified, Sunline did step in to correct it. No project is perfect, but how a company responds when problems arise matters a lot. In this case, Sunline's owner and Eric was engaged, responsive, and made a sincere effort to make things right. As an engineer, and after witnessing the symptoms and corrective actions firsthand, I believe the breaker issue was likely a manufacturing defect, and it was unfortunate that it occurred during the holidays. That said, based on how Sunline handled the situation, the overall quality of their work, and the value they offer, I would recommend them and plan to continue using them for future needs.

Having that history with our home made a huge difference, and their professionalism and responsiveness took a lot of stress out of what was otherwise a complicated project -- all without having to break the bank. The entire system indeed, needed replacement! Capistrano Air came in at an honest quote and it was quite a bit less than a prior company's estimate, yet Capo. Air would be providing us with top-of-the- line equipment! Installation was scheduled and took place in less than a week. Shane and his crew were punctual, immediately set to work on removing the old, large heating system and outdoor unit, and worked tirelessly all day! We were constantly informed of each step - where the routing of tubing within the garage would be placed with attachment to the outside unit, and where its' location had to be, etc.. At completion, the system was tested, along with our Venstar thermostat - all functioned perfectly, and the property was left in impeccable condition! They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

He clearly explained the benefits of the system and the components he was proposing and even pointed out areas in my house where I can save energy so that the solar energy system could be smaller and lower cost. Everybody else just wanted to sell the biggest system possible. The price GoSolar offered was very competitive and there was no hard sale or nonsense about leasing. GoSolar completed the entire job from signing the contract to turning on the system in less than three weeks, which was amazing. Some of my neighbors waited for months to get their system installed. The panels are perfectly installed on low-profile brackets and all of the conduit was professionally painted to match the roof and house. My system looks great and works perfectly with no leaks after multiple hard rain storms. And since turning on the system my electricity bill has been about 90% lower than before and I've already saved over a thousand dollars, which is more than I expected. I could not be happier and I highly recommend Andreas and GoSolar!

There are lots of steps to go through, such as obtaining a city permit, applying with the utility company, etc. XSolarator however made that process completely seamless, and I was given very clear explanations of what I had to fill out and when (or, alternatively, they just took care of it themselves). This handholding was priceless. -The panels: look great, are great, and save me tons of money on my electricity bill, which has virtually been eliminated. The install was painless, and the system was up and running before we knew it. Upon completion, the owner provided us with an app to track production and consumption in real time, so we can be sure everything is operating as it should. Unlike other companies, which apparently ghost you as soon as you've paid your money, SunSolar continues to reach out. They assured me that they're with us for the lifetime of the system, and everything so far bears that out. It's been a fantastic experience all around. There's a reason SunSolar's Yelp reviews are so high: they do everything they can to earn them! SunPower is Top Tier in performance. I've had my experience with a previous dealer than went out of business, but we won't get into those details. Synrg Solar / Sean Demarinis you are dealing with Sunpower. Synrg/Sean Demarinis is to the point and will get your Solar System spec'd out to your needs. Installation will be completed by Sunpower Employees not a sub-contractor. Throughout this process Synrg Solar / Sean will keep you updated on your progress in regards to updates on parts and city permits. We met Sean in Oct/Nov 2022. After many discussions and price comparisons, nobody came close to Synrg Solar/Sean pricing. We signed the documents and were set to go forward. Installation took 1 day for 15 panels. Sunpower crew started 7am and completed by sunset. My system is a little different than others. This is an additional solar system (2 Solar Systems) on my residence with 2 Tesla Batteries. Cash purchase which will give you the cheapest price quote. There were some little issues in regards to monitoring due to the 2 seperate solar systems, but was all rectified. You can always go directly to Sunpower by calling the 1-800 numbers, but I cannot guarantee you'll get personalized service updates of your project as I did with Synrg Solar/ Sean. I wanted this system in-place up and running before NEM 3.0 took effect and also take advantage of the Federal tax credit of 30% . I give Synrg Solar 5 stars for the service that was provided. We had a somewhat complex installation that required upgrades to much of the household electrical system, plus adding new capabilities like EV chargers and provisions for future building expansion. Their team was very diligent and managed the complexity quite well. Joe was very responsive when questions came up, and even provided a same day service weeks later when we experienced an issue we thought might be due to the solar installation (it wasn't but he fixed it for free anyway). The Solaria product we installed works great so far. Glad to recommend them.

So I was in the market of getting solar power to help my electric bill, so I started my research…read moreand got different proposals from different local and big companies tesla, sungevity, etc. I compare the equipment limitations, cost, and warranty. My biggest issue is trust because most of these company will try to just make a sale without educating you or making sure that the set up will satisfy your need at the best price. I know the rebate is about to end soon and like the hybrid cars rebate, it will not come back. When I spoke to Robert, he didn't seem desperate for a sale but wanted to help a person that he didn't know learn more about solar panels and inverters. After I was educated, I still reach out to all the big companies to compare their products and prices. Most of them are using basic panels and cheap inverters that has low warranty on them. Also must companies quoted me 2-3k over the price of Robert's set up. I know what I want and I told the other companies this, some couldn't add extra panels or get the panels and inverters set up the way I wanted at the price that I wanted. I went back a forth with these companies and they still couldn't beat Robert's price with blackdot. So I agreed to have it set up at my house, the installation with permits was done in less then 2 weeks, a couple of days after it pass inspection with flying colors. From all the reviews from other companies, tesla quoted me 2 months to complete, others still said at least a month. I am not sure how these guys did it but man it was fast, they also design it to look clean and a bit more modern, I will add pictures so they can speak for themselves. Over all, the experience was great and the install was fast and clean!!! Thank you again Robert!!!
