My boyfriend simply just want to speak to the manager about why they said it was refundable when we bought it and now they're saying something different. I told them it couldn't be a bank issue because banks don't hold your money if it's getting return, they would never reject a return credit or money, as I confirmed this with my bank's associate. So overall, these people literally are straight up bs. The next day, I was told I had only received an oil change and would need to return for the service light issue, along with a quote sent for over $6,000. I bought the part myself for $40 at AutoZone and took my car elsewhere, where I paid $100 for installation.
