I CALL IT THE BRILLO PAD CAR WASH AND I got mine free from Progressive!!! Don't take yor car here if you have anything nice

Waaaay too aggressive and didn't rinse all the soap off. It wrenched our mirrors back and forth and the dryer was so strong it popped our windshield wipers out...they were standing straight out when we drove out of the wash. Our mirrors ended up flipped in and therefore none of the soap got rinsed off of them. It didn't dry the water off the back of our car and there was still soap all over the back as well. We were left with water and soap spots everywhere. We got the $18 wash. I wouldn't let this place touch my car again. It honestly made me extremely nervous, esp since we have a brand new car. We have a closed Massillon community group on Facebook and MANY people have posted about the car wash scratching and damaging their cars and knocking off hubcaps. Wow. Came when it first opened and was disappointed, just tried again to see if they got the bugs worked out and no they do not. You pay full price for a great wash and get a gas station type wash. No one dries the car, no prewash, the brushes sound like they are beating your car with rubber paddles. I will never stop at this crap place again. So disgusted. I SHOULD OF JUST THROWN MY MONEY OUT THWE WINDOW. The little marks by the brushes will need bufffed out. Such crap. Hey but you get free vacuuming. read more

Not that great of a wash for $18.00. The wash doesn't dry well enough. I had tons of soap residue left on my lights, grill, tailgate, mirrors. The driver's side is covered. Had to clean my entire car afterwards. It's kinda neat, but not that neat. read more

This car wash is decent, the soft foam bristles are nice, most car washes use thicker damaging bristles.. I wish someone would be there drying the cars like Yunds.. The big disappointment for me is almost every time I leave the car wash there is still soap on my car, and since there isn't many rinse areas after the last soap area the dryers just blow the soap all over my car and then it freezes to it. Hopefully this gets fixed in the future, if not I don't think I'll keep my membership. It is decently priced for the memberships though. read more

Definitely the worst car wash I've ever gotten. They "prewashed" (only one side of the car) with a dinky little hose that had no pressure. Tons of soap residue left over and no real drying process? Vacuums also not very powerful. Would never return. read more

This place is only getting 1 star because after washing we wiped the car down with microfiber cloths and it looked decent but to be honest I'm pretty positive there's no difference between the $5 wash and the $15 wash so they just eat your money for add ons that you won't receive. If you need to get a cheap wash and vacuum then sure it's worth it but nothing more than that read more

I have only one word to describe this place. Immaculate. The way the soft foamy soap surrounds your car makes me feel safe and clean. The sound of the brushes cleaning off my car sounds as if a beautiful orchestra is playing right before my eyes. Don't even get me started on the dryers... as soon as they kick on at the end of the wash it gives me chills all throughout my body as I'm filled with excitement and joy. 15/10 I highly recommend read more

So I have a monthly subscription on my work car and our personal van. When I got my new car in February I had a problem with them not being able to find my name in the computer, I had to have my windshield replaced and again they couldn't find me in the computer. The guy kept asking me if it would be under another name. I asked him if he had credit cards under a different name than his own? Instead, of just giving washes till the boss came back he wanted to be a jerk. Sorry, to many car washes out there now a days. I'll find another! read more

So this entirely sucks to say, but my first experience here went amazing, so I decided to come back and get a monthly membership and when they happend i had the issue with my car getting problems with it! Then I had to keep calling the manager to get fixed and it still nothing got done! Then a few weeks passed I got fed up! It is getting fixed now, but they didnt give me anything stop charged my account so now I have to call and cancel my account! read more

This is the worst car wash ever, you pay 18 dollars for nothing. You dont get a pre wash like you get at yunds also no hand dry, the brushes beat your car to death. The only reason I went is because yunds was closed, I will never make that mistake again!! read more

Not worth 1 star!!! Bought my jeep from progressive 2 months ago, when my paperwork was brought to me they already had the car wash figured into bottom line price. I shoulda had them remove it BUT I didn't, my fault. To get my money's (or not), I said to myself I'll just go everrrrrrday and wash that SUV!!! What a horrible, horrible wash. They use a garden hose to rinse off tires as u go in, the rinse is practically nil and it doesn't dry worth a shit. Always have to pull into lot and dry as the soap leaves residue on windows, lights etc. the door jambs are full of soap. The chamois about tears side mirrors off car. Do not go!!!!!! I'm only going back to run this out since I already paid for it. Too many twists and turns getting into and out of lot too. Terrible all the way around. read more

I only give it 1 star because there is not a zero. They fold mirrors in and i have to get out every time to put them back out. When it washes it never gets the back of the SUV i drive clean. I have a brand new jeep and it is leaving swirl marks in the paint. Also, i work 3 jobs, so finding time to get there is very hard. I have been there with 4 or 5 min til close and they look right at me and place cone out. RUDE Also i have been by on MANY days when i would still wash my car but they're closed due to weather. This carwash is terrible. I took my car through it and the brushes hit the sides of my car so hard it bent my mirrors in. It also tore my license plate cover off. Wouldn't be surprised if it damaged my vehicle. read more

This place is miserable. I received a $ 100 Redemption Certificate from my Kids. First time I was there they "cleaned" my wheels with a garden hose, they bent my mirrors, they trashed the head ornament on a new car and soap was left all over the vehicle after the car left the so-called "wash street ". The whole place looks like something out of the "middle ages" and is also run the same way. The second time, the Certificate Stickers ( which they plastered inside the car) was not recognized on the "member side" of the "Sar Wash" and it took a half an hour by three to four young ladies to get me into the "wash street"! Once in, here was the guy with the garden hose, here my mirrors were trashed again, the ornament (STAR) was bent again, the soap left all over the car and now there was one additional problem, the outside row of functions had been dismantled and nothing functioned at all. So, now came the virus and I was for three months unable to go (use the car ) because of the virus. Today I went there for the third time and was told by various gentlemen working there that I should have come within the three months (because we were only down one week which is simple, not true ) and that I could pay for or drive out, regardless what I had told them about why I could not come within the three months. Needless to say, your "Star Wash" is a place where you collect money and do not deliver the services. I absolutely do not recommend this car wash. My past 2 experiences have been horrible. I took my Civic through it and it didn't even come close to being clean. Yesterday, I took my new CX-5 and paid for the premium $18 wash. Everything seemed to be going well until the end. I was waiting for the green "go" light so that I could put it in drive and go. It seemed to be taking a minute, and suddenly I had a truck honking at me from behind. Luckily the truck didn't hit me, but we told the employee that they need to get the light fixed because it's an accident waiting to happen. Then as I finish sweeping out my car, I notice that my car was still dirty on the passenger side. Great. Luckily they let me go through again for free, and that's the only reason I gave them 3 stars. But even after that 2nd wash, there were still a couple little petals stuck to my passenger side window. I also agree with the other reviews that this car wash is extremely aggressive on your car. I'll definitely be taking my money elsewhere. read more
