It wrenched our mirrors back and forth and…read morethe dryer was so strong it popped our windshield wipers out...they were standing straight out when we drove out of the wash. Our mirrors ended up flipped in and therefore none of the soap got rinsed off of them. It didn't dry the water off the back of our car and there was still soap all over the back as well. We were left with water and soap spots everywhere. We got the $18 wash. I wouldn't let this place touch my car again. It honestly made me extremely nervous, esp since we have a brand new car. We have a closed Massillon community group on Facebook and MANY people have posted about the car wash scratching and damaging their cars and knocking off hubcaps. After running through it there was oily dirt smeared on the side door there was also some oily residue in the wheel well. They let me run through again and it didn't improve much. They mentioned the Underbody wash is like I misting and in middle of wash (usually it's at start of wash and really powerful spray you can feel). Ended up going to a Circle K wash and buying the most expensive wash ($14) and it did a much better wash and got rid of all the oily grime and residue. I should have asked for a refund and I am so glad I did not buy an unlimited there! I guess if your car is dirty, don't bring it here - clean cars only. Although it doesn't completely dry your car, there is a 30 second high volume air blower to get most of the water off as you pull out.

I'm not very satisfied with their wheel-cleaning function. I was just at their Everhard Rd location a few hours ago and found that my alloy wheels were only around 50% clean between the (wide open) spokes. Perhaps that is the industry standard but it needs improvement. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the upper-level car washes at this and their Whipple Ave. location!

I dropped my car off for a minor express detailing service that I had a gift card for, which they accidentally booked me under the all-day deluxe detailing. After paying more for the deluxe service I didn't consent to, I drove my car off the lot to my screen and sound system completely black and my car full of moisture. The screen/sound system was working just fine before the service and I have photos/documentation to prove it. I called the next day and was told to bring the car back and they'd file a report and take photos (which I did). After a week of no contact they stopped responding to my calls/messages/were extremely rude when I showed up in person, and said they weren't liable and would not fix. I even went as far as getting the car diagnosed by an expert with proof of water damage and they won't cooperate/share their insurance information with me to allow the insurance to deem who is liable... I will now be filing a letter from an attorney, but I'm sure they're hoping I give up and pay the thousands of $ in damage. Horrible customer service and honestly emotional/financial trauma from this experience. Again-- have never written a bad review, but don't want anyone else to go through what I've been through!!!
