Ryan did an outstanding job. Bumpers on the Tesla are tough to apply the PPF to, so when a slight issue arose, he immediately called, said he stands behind every job and would make it right, which he is in the process of doing. He also offered a few high quality car care items, NO CHARGE, to offset the hassle of bringing the car back. They took a look at my car and offered the idea of repairing my subframe for a bit cheaper than replacing. They told that they've fixed worse, so I trusted their expert opinion and paid more than $500 to get my subframe fixed up. A few months later, I have a broken sway bar link, which broke off the supposedly fixed subframe that was actually rotted. I had to pay another shop to replace my subframe (which I originally went to JNL Auto for). Car has been driving great ever since, thanks to the other mechanic who apparently knows the difference between rust and rotted metal. Letting me drive around on that subframe could've killed me. Please be careful with these guys.
