She grabbed several for me to try and she was patients with me, while I tried them on and asked for her opinion. Once I decided on the brand she offered to order then correct sizes that I need they weren't in stock. Before I made the purchase, though, Jackie out my items on hold because I wanted to check out another scrub store. Only because ATW doesn't allow returns. I went an checked out the other store, but they had less of a selection, but more importantly they were not as friendly as Jackie at ATW. I came back the same day and Jackie was once again super friendly, professional, and patient. She had more customers this time, too. I ended up trying on a less expensive brand, Cherokee, because the Jaanuu that I had left on hold. I ended up going with Cherokee because I could get a three sets for the less than what I was going to pay for two sets of Jannuu. Jackie placed the order for the threee shirts and three pants in my correct sizes. They should arrive in 7-10 business days, which not a long time to wait. Anyway, the store was a great find, recommend by a friend that is a nurse, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.

Russell, the store owner, was so helpful and jumped right up to help me pick two pairs of scrubs for my husband. The variety at the store was great with brands like Infinity, Grey's Anatomy, and Dickies. The pricing was average with tops and pants ranging around $30-$40 each. Based on Russell's recommendation, I got two of the popular brands (Infinity and Grey's Anatomy) so that they would be a little more wrinkle resistant. If I should need any more scrubs in the future I will certainly be back. There is something to be said about great customer service and Scrubs Etc knows how to set the example!

The phones are still not being answered and the voicemail is still full. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I used to buy scrubs from their Naperville location and loved the store. I bought a white coat for embroidery almost 1 month ago. I was told I would receive a text message when my order was complete however, there has been no word. I've tried calling with no answer and the mailbox full. I'm really disappointed with the service and likely will not do business with them again.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of being followed in a store or harassed, but please acknowledge I exist. We shopped/looked around for 25 minutes, and even hunted for a certain product my mom needed for work and ended up on a scavenger hunt to find it. I even asked the lady who was working if she knew if they had it, she told me she didn't know and went back to hanging up scrubs. Come on. Really? Arg. The reason that I gave them 2 stars is because the merchandise is decent. Luckily, we will not need to go back because my mom said that she could order it cheaper online (as you can with most everything).
