This shop even allows you to open and examine one of your purchases to ensure it works before leaving which I am not use to back home. I would recommend this business to anyone visiting or from the area. If I was here more often I would definitely sign up for this membership card. They have huge selections of whatever you are looking for and their staff is knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have. The location is located on the back side of a street facing building and is in an extremely nice area.

The most ridiculous, and frankly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, is the "No…read morereturns or exchanges" I understand not being able to return juice that has been opened, but not being able to return something in the same condition as when purchased? I bought a t-shirt that was too large and the next day I wanted either to return or exchange but the manager said "we don't do that" WTF? Apparently something happened with another customer in order for them to put that rule in effect. Now why should any other customer have to be told NO because of someone else's idiocy or bad judgement? Those are the kind of actions that precipitate finding another vape store, of which there are plenty around here, that sell the same things.

He had a great selection of hookah tobacco flavors, vape juice, tanks, mods, coils, hookahs, lighters, cigars and even specialty snacks from different countries all over the world!! I had to try the crawfish lays, which were surprisingly delicious. I HIGHLY recommend this place. It won't get cheaper than this- I guarantee it. Moving forward, I will only be getting my hookah tobacco from here because the price, quality and service is next-level! Thank you for the awesome experience!!

Asked multiple times if they were authentic and was told yes. Showed to a friend the next day only to find out it's fake. Painfully fake ‍ The fact the box didn't contain the collectors sticker or card should've been the first red flag. Looking at pictures of real ones confirmed how fake this one actually is (look at the poor paint job on the face. The nose is supposed to be pink, not red) I don't fault the young man working the store, he more than likely didn't know. But buyer beware, these are not real Labubus and all sales are final there. Grab a vape or your vape needs, avoid the Labubus by the register. Not sure I'll be back as I don't like that I was deceived. **I know this is the right shop. At this point I'll have to file a complaint with the better business bureau and call the police to make sure they are aware this business isn't following the state law. I have had so many bad experiences at this location... it's crazy I'm still spending money there. This location has to be the worse. In my most recent visit they rushed me out the store as they were in such a hurry to close. The gentleman that manages this location sits usually and tells the other guy to do majority of the work. My issue with the other guy is that he doesn't pay attention last time I was in here he literally took 4 people in front of me while I was standing there I had to make it a point to ask him why I wasn't being assisted when I had been in the store for almost 20 minutes.
