I didn't want the standard arrangements that you see so often at funerals and COLs. Liz was exited to create something unique and personal for us. My mom loved Hawaii and loved the Pacific Northwest, so I asked for tropical arrangements, PNW arrangements, and a large display that included both. Liz did that exceedingly well! She even included horsetails with the PNW look, something that is very unique and not typically part of any arrangements that I have seen. I appreciated being able to talk to her on the phone when needed, as well as the quick response I got an emails. On the day of the event, we were short one arrangement, so her team put together an additional arrangement on the spot. The final bill surprised me! I thought we would be paying much more than the final amount turned out to be.

It had been years since I'd been in a Hallmark shop, but this place gave me all the good vibes I remember from my childhood and young adulthood. Loved the large selection of cards and the decent variety of prices for cards. I bought five cards that day and checked off all that I needed for my summer birthdays list. Enjoyed looking at the gifts and trinkets throughout the store, even the cheesy ones. The cashier that helped me was super nice and friendly. I'm so used to getting bad or mid customer service, that his kind and thorough service surprised me. I signed up for the free Crown Rewards program with his help and was psyched about the $5 off coupon that comes with it (sent later so you can use it with your next purchase) along with all the other perks. I will definitely be back to Trudy's Hallmark shop later this summer to stock up on all the cards I need for this fall. Already looking forward to it!

Hallmark is a good place to buy cards and trinkets. Also if you are into unique Christmas ornaments, this is your place. Their famous ornament club is still going pretty strong, so strong they raised prices often, with tariffs, the pricing this year is unattainable at least as far as I am concerned. For example, a standard size Disney licensed ornament for 30 dollars. Recently, I saw they are selling fake Labubu in the store for 15 dollars. I was super bewildered, and surprised. When is it ok to sell counterfeits under day light in this country? Fake labubu's next to your Jesus and religious products? I think Hallmark corporate really needs to reconsider this decision. I would give a higher rating, but this Lafufu thing is very weird in my opinions

After experiencing their service today, their business is also excellent and exactly what I wanted. They also delivered everything in a beautiful bag with very nice wrapping. Ballard Blossom was excellent, exceeded my expectations and I felt they were a great value. If you need a florist or someone to deliver flowers or gifts in the Seattle area, these guys are 6/5 and outstanding. So this store is tucked away on the side of the building which we weren't aware of and so we looped…read morearound the area looking for the sign. Luckily, I believe the owner or an employee made a video of how to get to the entrance. Once we found out where to park and immediately followed the path in the video, we were able to find this store. As we entered, we were greeted by an employee and saw a few players playing 40K as they had four tables for that. The store was a lot bigger than I thought and they had plenty of different products for everyone. They even had some prints and stickers from a local tattoo artist which was neat. They had their schedule in the bag on a huge whiteboard. Plenty of tables and chairs in the back next to their bulk section. My boyfriend bought a pack from them as he loves supporting small, local businesses and the prices here are fair. The store is dog friendly as I asked the employee who greeted us and then a customer walked with their super cute dog.
