On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. Very professional and reliable!! We were impressed!

Smoking something fierce. I immediately call dispatch and say, uh brake job is gonna be now, because I was just telling him I needed to schedule a brake job. As I'm on the phone a lovely young lady walked up and asked what I needed. I laughed and said I think I'm gonna need some brake work. She said pull around back and we'll back you in. 2 drums and 4 sets of shoes later I was back on the road. Finding 17.5 drums and shoes took the longest to acquire. Shop personnel were on it.
