I was actually seeing the alternative medicine doctor inside the same space, Dr. Taite, when I first met Dr. Julianne. She was very friendly, kind, and welcomed me with a great smile even though I wasn't even her client at the time! We had a great conversation about studying abroad, so I was impressed even though I wasn't seeing her that day. Fast forward to this week, I officially had my first session with her due to a recent car accident. I have to admit, I was a little nervous going in because I have seen my boyfriend's back being treated by a chiropractor before, and it just looks like...let me just say you have to know what you are doing if you need to realign someone's body like that. Dr. Julianne did a wonderful job. She helped me calm down, relax, and I didn't even feel it when she would readjust my back. I also really like and respect the fact that she told me we will have to go through this first session to see how my body is before we continue talking about the treatment plan. I am all for this approach just because like she said, all of our bodies are different. If you are in the area or are looking for a good chiropractor in Houston, Dr. Julianne is definitely recommended!

I've been seeing Dr. Julianne for the past few weeks, and she has given me so much hope for my future! She is patient, she doesn't give up, and she truly listens to what you're going through and how you feel. I am finally getting some relief, and so looking forward to even more relief as time goes on. She's basically a chiropractor AND a therapist... :). Thanks Dr. J for everything!

My oldest son (an avid basketball player) was having back pains and some body aches. I came across Dr. Anderson on Google, and I cannot tell you how much of a difference he made on my son and I in just ONE visit. We originally had our appointment in the afternoon, but my father passed away the day before (SCREW YOU COVID!) - We had prayer on the same appointment day, so I called in to see if we could get seen sooner. Without hesitation, the receptionist asked me to come in the morning. As soon as we arrived, Dr. Anderson was already anticipating our arrival and immediately had us seen before we even sat down. Dr. Anderson was just so kind, friendly, and so engaging. Although he had to fit us in his tight schedule, he took his time and was so compassionate. He evaluated my son and listened to our concerns calmly without rushing through. He had a smile on his face and explained what the issue was along with providing solutions on how to treat and prevent the pain. He provided us additional resources, and demonstrated different stretching exercises for my son. Dr. Anderson had us taken care of so quickly, provided amazing bedside manner, addressed our concerns spot on - and it really made a difference in our day as we struggled with our grief. My son's back and body aches are now gone - due to Dr. Anderson's helpful diagnosis and treatment plan - and we are just so, so grateful for him. We definitely know who to come back to - Thank you Dr. Anderson! The only downside is I wish he was a primary family doctor too because he is that awesome!

My orthopedist didn't understand why I wanted physical therapy. He said that it never works and surgery was the only answer. After six weeks of therapy by the excellent staff at Physical Therapy Care &a Aquatic Rehab of Fort Bend, my ankle is much stronger. The therapists worked individually with me. Each therapist made sure I understood the exercises and how to do them properly. I would gladly recommend Patti and her wonderful staff to anyone.

They assured me this would be handled and that I wouldn't owe anything. However, when I arrived, they asked me to sign a form stating I would be responsible for any charges not covered by insurance. I refused, and they allowed me to cross that part out, which I appreciated. The issue escalated when they asked me to complete additional paperwork through their online portal. I was willing to sign the no-show policy, but I couldn't access that form without first agreeing to the financial responsibility form I had already declined. I explained this multiple times, but the front desk staff didn't seem to understand the concern. After going back and forth several times with no resolution, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, the process was frustrating and disorganized, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
