The lady at the front desk told me that my copay was $35 but with a new patient charge it would be $76, but not to worry because all my future appointments would only be $30. So, they charged me part of my copay for future visits on this visit. Then when i realized what had happened i talk to the lady at the front desk again and she says it was $76 because I hadn't met my deductible, the problem is I don't have a deductible just a copay. She also told me that my insurance wouldn't approve a massage and an adjustment at the same time, something that my insurance company told me was not true. Again trying to get multiple copays out of the situation. This place is shady and is participating in bad business practices. AVOID THEM!!

He is a great listener and really treats the whole person. He also takes the time to refer you to other avenues of treatment if needed. We see him pretty much once or twice a month for either maintenance or for a new pain one of us is feeling. Every one of us has a very unique treatment depending on the issue. I recently got into a non emergency accident and I called the office for advice and to schedule something, Vivian is great! Every time I've gone in to see him, I've learned something new about the way my body works. He is one of the few chiropractors in the area that utilizes the NUCCA procedure. When I first heard about this method I was skeptical, but after experiencing it's benefits first-hand, I can attest to how beneficial and downright miraculous it has been for me and my mom's neck issues. Icing on the cake is that he and his wife, Mary, always greet us (and every patient) by name, have gotten to know my kids, and make us feel like they genuinely have our best interest at heart. So thankful that I have found this gem. *Updating with pics from my progress appointment* These are my before and after X-rays since treatment began. Notice that in the before picture (on the left), I had almost no curvature in my neck. Now, my body has learned to maintain a nice, normal curve. In the next x-ray, you will notice that when I first went in, my head was actually positioned a little crooked. Now, it is much straighter, all the way down into the spine. The coolest part of these X-rays is that when I had the new ones done, I had not had a treatment on my neck in at least 3 weeks, which means that my body has been re-trained to maintain this healthy new position. I called on Monday to get a Thursday appointment as a new customer. I offered my insurance…read moreinformation to get the exact amount I would owe on my visit. Which is the standard practice for all doctors. The person on the phone could not look that info up then so she advised me - we would call you a day before your appointment and we can find this info the . No calls until 4.30 pm the day before, when I called in. The lady says - yes I have not been able to make my calls yet. When I asked about how much I would owe for my visit tomorrow. She says - I can tell you when you come in tomorrow. I said - I like to avoid surprises before my visit. She mentions - we don't have you insurance info here. She proceeds to tell me - she has 2 other patients in the office. So she is not sure if she can get the payment info for me. This is not a good way to make the first impression. Please follow through on what you committed. 1. The insurance info provided at the appointment booking should be saved. 2. Patients should not have to chase the payment info. You should be able to provide atleast an estimate (we understand this info can change) 3. Finally, why would you make it so shady and not be transparent about how much you would be charging. Customers have a right to transparent charges information. I really was looking forward to this and I hope they improve their new customer experience.
