They fixed them for the man and said "no charge". Who does that??? Nina (Dr. Mazie's Optician) is amazing...she really knows her stuff when it comes to the best type of frame for each patient. I actually see another doctor for glaucoma, but see Dr. Mazie to test for my reading glasses as they have an amazing line of frames. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

However, the customer service was horrendous from his staff…read more I purchased new frames and lenses from them but I had to continuously call them myself for updates because they provided little to no updates. It took almost a month to get them in which is unheard of. It wouldn't have been as bad if I was provided regular updates rather than having to check every few days by calling them myself... When my frames finally got in, there was a tiny scratch on one of the lenses so they had to be re-order new lenses which took another 2-3 weeks... I did appreciate their transparency however. Once the lenses were finally in, I had to bring my frames back to get the lenses replaced. Tracy was super nice and helpful but her co-worker Henry seemed reluctant to adjust my glasses a few times and seemed rushed to go home which made the overall experience (with what already started off as a bad experience from the previous amalgamation of events) all the much worse - like a cherry on top. In the end, the actual frames and lenses were fine and I am happy with but I have NEVER experienced customer service this atrocious to the point where I felt the need to spend time out of my Saturday to write a long, detailed "Karen-esque" review. But in my opinion, my terrible experience warrants it.

I didn't want to go anywhere else so, Ali suggested that maybe he could find glasses in the shop that would fit my lenses. I do not have vision insurance so I didn't want to spend a lot. He found 3 pairs ranging in price for me that looked similar to my broken glasses. I picked out the cheapest ($40) they looked great and I was out. In 25 minutes I was able to pick out glasses, have the lenses installed and have the glasses adjusted. Great experience. They are open till 8pm Mon-Thursday Closed Friday and Sunday. The shop itself is small but the selection and pricing is great. Will totally be back!!

After speaking with my insurance and providing the billing code for the procedure, I was told it was indeed covered and given the exact billing instructions. When I called back to discuss this with a male employee, he became hostile and insulting, insisting that the procedure was not covered and stating, "I don't care what you think about the insurance," before hanging up on me. It seems they prefer to avoid submitting the test to the insurer and get paid directly. This is a total rip-off. Stay away from this office. They are only interested in ripping you off and taking your money, basically stealing. My insurance even warned me never to pay them out-of-pocket.

Today 3/16/2021 I had my eye exam ,Dr.Craft invested in a high end machine that most optometrist don't have and he is able to take a picture of the back of your eye and he takes the time to explain to you how your eye works and what you are looking at. After the appointment, I went to the eye glasses shop where there were extremely reasonably priced glasses and someone there to help you chose. Overall, the entire staff was extremely attentive and dedicated to making sure you had a good experience. No complaints.

The office has its own collection of frames to choose from, including designer sets. I have always been satisfied by the selection and have no need to go anywhere else. Not a single smile from any of them. I went on a Saturday for my son with an appt. An hour and half go by and still 3 patients ahead of me. I tell the front desk lady I cant stay any longer can she give me my sons last script. His vision hasnt changed but his glasses are broken, I'll just order them online. She wasnt happy about it but wrote it down on a sticky note. She tells me which one is left and which is right and I mark it on the sticky note. Well I get the glasses and my son can't see clearly. She either made a mistake or she purposely gave me the wrong info. I will never go back to this place.

As much as I liked the service here my biggest complaint is that I feel like they scammed me out of…read more$39. They told me I could either get my eyes dilated OR pay $39 to just do a scan instead. I opted to get my eyes dilated since I didn't want to pay extra and then afterwards they tell me due to my high prescription (I'm -7.00 in both eyes) I need to get the $39 retinal scan anyways. She told me due to my high prescription, it's best to have retinal pictures that you can take with you to your next doctor for continuity of care, and I never even got the pictures.
