When I arrived, I got the impression that my appointment hadn't been communicated to the pharmacy staff at all. It really spoiled the experience, because the vaccine they didn't have was the most important of the three. There's some breakdown in their communication chain that needs to be addressed. Despite that, I was happy with the customer service. I was seen right away and the pharmacists were both very friendly and helpful.
