They are constantly telling me that the doctor/insurance company is denying a refill for whatever reason, while the doctor/insurance company tells me that Walgreens isn't responding to calls or emails. I was moved here from a Walgreens that closed, and I will be going somewhere else after I get everything refilled this time. It's a shame how little concern they have for the fact that they are messing with people's health. If you have other options for your prescriptions, go with those. This place is horrific.

When I eventually found her 2 aisles over, she pointed to a large $2.99 bottle and when I asked her for a small bottle or can, she pointed to the large one and said it was small and walked off. When she rang me up, I thought she said she would substitute the coke for a pepsi for a deal (?!) of $5 with 2 pieces of pizza but she didn't substitute and said I would have to go get a diet pepsi. I hesitated briefly to decide if it were worth the effort during which time she said the same thing 5 times in a condescending manner as though I were too stupid to understand. I went back to get the Pepsi but I couldn't find diet so I asked a man in a turban who came out from the back and he pointed to a bottle of Pepsi. I politely said, "That doesn't look like diet." He pulled one out of the unit and turned the bottle so I could see diet written small on the side, which had not been visible.
