Purchased a facial Groupon and didn't have any problems making the appointment, however, I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and did not get seen until 25 minutes after my appointment was set to begin. No apology about waiting or anything. Once I was in the back, things started off great, the esthetician asked about the areas I was to focus on and we began. Once we began, it seemed as if she was not sure what steps or product to use and when. There was a lot of gaps in between the products, more than I've experienced with other estheticians. At one point a product was left on too long and had dried and she had to wet her hands in order to get it off as the warm cloth was also now cold from sitting out while she was on her phone. At another point during the appointment I thought she had left and I opened my eyes only to see that she was giving herself a facial in front of the mirror! Not too sure if she was new, or someone that doesn't normally give facials, but I would not recommend her for someone to receive one.

It has taken me years and years to figure it out. I didn't know why my hair wouldn't curl in the winter. Now I use 2 different shampoo types during different season. I mean DOZEN of salons before I finally found THE ONE - ANETTA! Like Neo in The Matrix! Anetta is my Neo! This is the 3rd time I went to see her and ONLY her. Yes you have to make your appointment as soon as she put her scissors down because she is just THAT busy. But that also means she's good to be that busy right? I have the attention span of a 3 years old and patience of one. I have absolutely no patience so I want to go in, get it cut and get out. I can't sit there and chat and talk about my day. I am NOT that kinda gal. Anetta was exactly what I want. I'm sure she talks to other people but I just don't need the small talk and she probably knew. Smart woman! Hahaha My appointment was at 2:30pm, the receptionist girl washed my hair, I got my haircut and Aneta styled it and I live 5 mins away and I was home by 3pm! I absolutely love it!!!! I have been going to the Browtique and seeing Diana for years. She is truly amazing! I have really…read morethick brows and in the past others had no idea what to do with them so they would either make them too thin or they would have no shape. Once I found Diana all of that changed and I haven't gone anywhere else sense. I always get compliments on my brows even between waxes. She makes it very easy to make appointments on the vagaro app, so there is no guess work about her availability (I do recommend booking several weeks in advance because she fills up quick). I've sent everyone in my family to her and she has even done micro blading for my mother. I would recommend her to anyone looking for fabulous brows!
