We arrived 2 hours later , we were coming in from Reno & attending a wine event at Rancho Victoria winery. Awww! The sweetest sight when you see that cute pink pastry boxed filled with the best blueberry fritters, we did order 2 apple fritters for our friends . I used to come here all the time, but over the past visits the customer service has really pushed…read moreme away. Almost every visit feels unwelcoming. No one greets you when you walk in, and I usually have to start the conversation at the register. The staff often comes across as rude, which makes ordering uncomfortable. The only exception is one younger girl who always seems friendly, welcoming, and like she actually cares about giving good customer service. The donuts are okay, but nothing special. I've also ordered the breakfast sandwiches a couple of times, and when I asked for sourdough bread, I was given wheat instead (or at least it definitely didn't seem like sourdough). I wanted to keep supporting this place since it's local, but good customer service is just as important as good food, and that's been consistently disappointing.
