I love the deep condition I get, it makes my hair soooo soft. I had the pandemic hair that hadn't been cut in a year and when I left it was just lovely. I had bangs a long time ago and had let it grow out and decided I wanted them back. After the 2nd appointment they are starting to lay back where they are supposed to, lol. The service is great, from the front desk to all the stylists, they are all so friendly. I had been using different brands of shampoo/conditioner trying to get some frizz under control. The L'Oreal Professional line that they sell seems to do the trick for me. I highly recommend this salon.

I mean is there anything to say about this place other than greatest barbershop ever? They take their time and they will give you the best haircut you will get this side of New York City. It's Dominican/Caribbean so yes it's loud, yes, as I said you might have to wait, but when it's your turn and other people are waiting on you to get done being pampered, you wouldn't be complaining. I asked why the price was more than it normally is especially for getting the same exact thing done to my hair that I always do and was told it was because a higher educated person did my hair, but I never knew that it would cost more or even that a higher educated person was doing my hair prior to that. And on top of that wasn't even refunded half of what I had paid. Before that all happened they also made me come back three separate times because they "didn't have enough time to do my hair." They did give me 30% off for one of the times that they made that scheduling mistake which I was appreciative for. But not when it continued to happen.

My blonde highlights had grown out substantially and it was beyond time for a cut. Alexis listened to my concerns that adding too much blonde would wash me out in winter. She suggested a reverse-balayage -- something I didn't even consider before as a possibility! She skillfully painted back in some of my natural color throughout, still allowing some of the blonde to come through. I cannot express how thrilled I am with the results! She also nailed my cut--I wanted to keep the length and add in some layering. I'm very particular about layering around my face and again, Alexis listened to my concerns and walked me through exactly what she was going to do before she began cutting. She did a fabulous job!
