    This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had at any staples ever in my life. Horrible horrible horrible. Avoid at all cost!! I will never ever come back to this staples again. First it's takes about 15 minutes to find a spot. Then I go in and 2 about of 4 fax machines are broken. I was here for 2 hours to scan one long document. And wait after all of it it didn't even work! So updated the self service center is. I have absolutely nothing good to say about my experience or this staples.

    This machine does not work properly and had to be restarted multiple times.

    Avoid this location if you are need printing services. There are only 2 people working at this location. Although they were helpful, the wait time here is ridiculous and their machines do not work properly, exacerbating the wait time. I would recommend you try a different location for full service printing services.

    Dont bother calling. Just go in if you have questions. Friendly in person. Good staff. Parking is crazy eventhough they have a parking lot.

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.

    Do NOT do business here!…read more I thought coming here would spare me a trip to an official repair store but it didn't. Came in around noon on Thursday to repair a 1st Generation iPad mini and was told the repair wouldn't be done in an hour but until the next day. I accepted. The next day(Friday) I never got a call about it being ready. I went back Saturday around noon to be told it still wasn't repaired. When I asked for it back to go elsewhere, my iPad mini wasn't in the store to get it back. SOL. The red haired girl told me to come back later the evening when Jesse gets in.She then called me later that evening to let me know it was ready. Once I got there I explained nicely to the other worker Jesse how I was inconvenienced by two days for an hour repair. Jesse said he can only compensate me with an apology and that he was swamped with devices. He also stated that I should've stressed to the red haired girl why I needed the iPad ready by the following day. By then, I told him I am not paying him $80 for his issues but I'll pay him $60. He got upset picked up my money that I placed on the counter along with a phone and attempted to throw it at me. I asked him to please let me out of the store which he was hesitant about. For the terrible service and attempt to lock me in the store, I still paid them $70. Don't even come here if you're desperate. Spend your money elsewhere.

He also…read moreshared his intention behind founding the service, and offered a free repair for the broken bezel. I appreciated his sincerity and the way he takes responsibility for his work. During the conversation, he also provided helpful and professional advice regarding my other tech-related concerns. Overall, I felt that he genuinely cares about both the service he provides and the people he helps. Because of this follow-up and support, I am revising my overall experience to a 4-star review. I also hope the company's culture continues to reflect this level of care and professionalism and continues to support both customers and staff. --------------------------------------- Previous review -I brought my MSI laptop to this shop for a lid repair. At the time, there was a small crack on the left side near the hinge, and I was worried it might get worse , but the screen bezel was intact. I was initially told that once the part arrived, they would notify me to bring in the laptop, and the repair would then take about a full day. The part arrived on December 30, 2025, I dropped off the laptop on January 6, and picked it up on January 9. -After I got home, I turned on the webcam to prepare for a meeting, and noticed that the screen displayed a blue image. I contacted the shop immediately. I was asked to bring the laptop back for further inspection, but no explanation was provided regarding the possible cause of the issue. -Since the shop is about an hour away, I asked whether a remote diagnosis could be done first to better understand the situation. I was informed that there would be a charge for that service. At the same time, I looked into common causes of this issue and found that it can result from a protective film not being removed during repair. However, this possibility was not discussed. -If a likely cause had been communicated, it would have helped me better understand whether an immediate return visit was necessary. Without that information, the situation was unclear and required additional time and travel to resolve. -More recently, about four months after the repair, I noticed that the bezel near the hinge has cracked, even though I have been handling the laptop carefully. This area was not damaged prior to the repair. Given that the hinge area is a high-stress point, I am concerned that the repair or reassembly may have contributed to this issue. Overall, my experience was disappointing. While the initial interaction felt welcoming, it was followed by a noticeably self-protective approach when issues arose. Although the repair was completed, I encountered additional problems afterward that required significant time and effort to resolve. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that others ask detailed questions about the repair process, confirm what testing will be performed, and ensure the device is thoroughly checked at the shop before taking it home. In general, I believe that clear communication and transparency are important in building trust with customers over the long term.
