They did a fantastic job, creating a seamless network and improving Wifi access throughout the centre and out in our playground. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I dropped my phone and the screen would not…read morework. The rest of the phone was working and I could hear text messages coming through and it was ringing so I figured it just needed a new screen. I brought it in and they told me it would take 5 hours and to come back and it would be fixed. They also asked for my password for the phone and I gave it to them. After 5 hours I went back to get my phone but it was all in pieces and they said it probably will not be able to be fixed but they would order a part and contact me next week. 2 days later, I get an email from my bank that fraudulent active was suspected. When I signed into my account, I see multiple credit and debit card transactions that I did not make and they managed to take all of my money. I went to the bank to get a new card and start a fraud case. I then went to get my phone and I picked it up in pieces and confronted them regarding the online bank orders placed with my card and of course they denied it. I gave one star as there are no options to rate them any lower than that. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and I hope me writing this review will stop them from doing this to anyone else.
