This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I dropped my phone and the screen would not…read morework. The rest of the phone was working and I could hear text messages coming through and it was ringing so I figured it just needed a new screen. I brought it in and they told me it would take 5 hours and to come back and it would be fixed. They also asked for my password for the phone and I gave it to them. After 5 hours I went back to get my phone but it was all in pieces and they said it probably will not be able to be fixed but they would order a part and contact me next week. 2 days later, I get an email from my bank that fraudulent active was suspected. When I signed into my account, I see multiple credit and debit card transactions that I did not make and they managed to take all of my money. I went to the bank to get a new card and start a fraud case. I then went to get my phone and I picked it up in pieces and confronted them regarding the online bank orders placed with my card and of course they denied it. I gave one star as there are no options to rate them any lower than that. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and I hope me writing this review will stop them from doing this to anyone else.

I call customer service and I was told straight up "that's a separate with it being online, I can't help you." Fine, I tried letting it go and ordered online for curbside. As I arrived to curbside and called like suggested I was rudely answered by phone. Asking me if I "even got an email, do you even know if your order is ready?" Before even knowing. Having it been 5 hours since my order was placed she made me feel stupid. I was just surprised why the need to be so rude. We end up exchanging i went to pick up my items. As I went back to the car I wanted to make sure A. My order was ready and B. That I didn't need anything else....before I got to finalize I had a knock on my window from an employee asking if I got all my items. I said yes I just wanted to verify I didn't need anything else. She then tells me " Well this is our busy time and your order wouldn't be ready today anyways." Even then I didn't know but there is a way to speak to people, times are rough now and kindness goes a long way. "I then said no problem, I wanted to know just in case I should order for tomorrow then. She said "our busy time is right now so if you leave that would be great, thanks." Never in my life have I been talked to. I wanted to go off but better yet I will never shop at this location again.

The sense of entitlement emanating from the staff and a person I assumed was the owner was overwhelming. I received very rude treatment from all employees I dealt with. In the end I just felt sorry for them - having this kind of attitude must stem from living in the worst place for road or mountain biking in the whole province. You guys should treat customers better. And maybe increase the fiber in your diet. Bottom line - look elsewhere unless you're looking for attitude.

A former serious competitor on both NORBA and Cdn circuits (mtn biking), I know my bike will be serviced properly and in a timely fashion. David and his staff have a lot of know-how, and are friendly and engaging. Is that because I'm an extroverted female? Who knows.... but this shoppe supports many main events/fund-raisers, and organizes a large percentage of the community and group rides in Prince George. And if you're reading that last person's negative post.... don't. Otway Park here in PG has world-class trails (I kid you not) which are maintained and constantly upgraded. Pidherny is expanding as well, with advanced, fast downs and single-track.
