Absolutely terrible customer service. A woman at the print counter actually refused to help me. They are completely incompetent. After botching several print jobs (I do about $5000 of printing a year) and receiving some of the worst customer service in my life, I will never be back. If you want quality work, awesome service, at an even lower price, go to the ups store at 1500 upper middle road. I've been to this store a couple times now. The first time I was picking up a print order that I placed online. The print area is next to the Studio entrance from the inside. I also came to drop off a package for FedEx. It was a really quick process. Jordan saw that I was waiting in line and came over from a different counter to help me and move the line along. I received a printed receipt with the tracking number. I was given a same-day coupon for $5 off of $20. The aisles were labelled well, so I was able to find organizers easily. The cashier staff was also very nice. They saw I was interested in some of the event flyers and directed me to their online calendar that listed all events. read more

I was sort of disappointed with this store. The organization does not make sense. On entry the store has adapted a "Best Buy" like look. There was a stationary corner where they stock every labels in consumer size, not commercial size, but if you go to the middle of shelving theres a business card section which...in the past would be in the same aisle. I am confused with this layout and it appears more face paint than practicality. This location is accessible, but the front parking spots are allocated for pick ups from online orders so walk in patrons must part 3 to 5 meters away. Automated door, but no seating area for seniors shopping. read more

I'm torn. They have the best quality prints in the GTA but jheez are their printers EXTREMELY faulty. In the span of 2 weeks, the printers have broken down 5 times resulting in my business taking a hit, having to delay orders and resulting in my eBay account receiving a suspension. The customer service is top notch and it's an extremely expedited process but they REALLY need to figure out their printer situation or just get a new one because a multi billion dollar corporation should not be having these problems as frequently as it does. read more

I use this location to drop off my FedEx packages. I go there daily and often end up waiting in line because the associates are almost always busy with customers that are using their printing services. It sucks that there isn't a dedicated associate for shipping but at least I receive a $5 coupon with each shipment which I can then redeem in the store with a $20 purchase. Today I picked up a notebook that was $19.99 and ask the "Karen" at the cash to check if my coupon would work since I was only off by a cent. Instead of doing that she rudely asked me who gave me the coupon? When I informed her I use their shipping services daily and receive a coupon everyday, she responded with an "oh" and finally checked me out. This woman has seen me in this store so many times and still chose to be rude. I somehow doubt she would have treated a 50+ year white woman the way she treated me. As it turned out the coupon worked fine, all she needed to do was enter the code. Staples needs to better train their staff and do something about its disastrous shipping and printing area. The last time I was told to leave my package without a receipt they forgot to scan it. I had to go back the next day and have them find the package and scan it so the FedEx driver would not leave it there again! read more

Nothing special here, I find the layout a bit confusing with the two entrances and exits. Where you would think the main entrance is ( the entrance you see on the business photo ) is actually the side entrance and the main entrance is hidden on the side of the building where unless you drive all around the plaza before entering the plaza you don't even see it. Otherwise customer service is pretty good, I asked where I could find a product and not only did he tell where but he even took me there to make sure I find it. read more

This is specific to their Print Shop. Horrible service! Always an issue with getting items printed and you end up waiting around forever. Instead of the staff letting you know they'll be with you in a moment (if they're busy), they just ignore you and avoid eye contact. Just a bunch of people waiting around. read more

It's a Staples, which makes it difficult to review their products, as there are the same products at every store. But I am at this Staples frequently, and their customer service alone prompts me to review. I use the Copy & Print centre here several times a week, and some of their employees really stand out. Abby, Shannon and Michelle are always so kind and friendly, willing to help and go the extra mile for their customers. I always seem to be dealing with those three, but the other employees I've seen at the Copy & Print centre there are always nice too! I've dealt with two employees in the normal section of the store, which is Tiago and Annmarie. They are both two of the nicest people I have ever met, and they are always willing to lend a hand with whatever I need. I've been to several other Staples in the GTA, and none of them have matched the friendliness and superior customer service of this Oakville store. I highly recommend them for all your business needs. read more

Always the best service at this location. Before you get 10 steps in the door someone is asking what are looking for and if they can help you. They actually take you to the product and are pleasant and knowledgeable and give good advice. The shelves are always well stocked and good prices too. I never leave empty handed. Thank you. read more
