The owner was fantastic and was able to locate a replacement screen, he did have to order it but the phone was repaired and ready to be picked up in 48 hours. We booked online for 1pm the next day. He drove down there in time for the appointment. Told the repair person was too busy and could not honor the appointment. Was told to come back down the following morning at 10 am and the phone would be repaired by noon. Inconvenient but we decided to do it. Went back this morning, arriving at 9:50am. Went in the store right at 10am. Clerk said the part for the phone wasn't in stock. Would be able to order it for the next day. Needless to say, I was ticked off. Why didn't the tech the day before let him know it wasn't in stock? Spent 2 trips 30 minutes away trying to fix the phone instead of spending quality time with my visitors. Absolutely ridiculous that appointments can be booked online that mean nothing. Then to go back only to find the part isn't available. Horrible experience.
