Weeks ago, Sparq Designs sent me an email to ask if I would participate in a 30-minute video interview about a particular food business. I eventually found time in my life to schedule the interview. The moderators planned to conduct the interview through Google Meet, and they started the interview on time. I used to work as I professional researcher, so I have experience with interviewing people. I thought that the moderators did an excellent job of understanding the purpose of the study, asking open-ended questions, and probing with follow-up questions. Shortly after the interview ended, a moderator emailed me the incentive, a coupon code to use at the food business. Overall, I enjoyed interacting with Sparq Designs's employees via email and the video interview, and I appreciated the incentive coupon.
