As someone with no real arts and crafts skills to speak of, it's nice to have somewhere to go to simply order the thing I want to have...but can't make on my own. Whenever I've needed something, the print job I've asked for has been fairly reasonable and affordable. Pick-up and delivery are both available (which helps with the affordability!). The staff manning the front have always been polite and helpful; and the place itself is clean and well-organized. Win-win-win. Obviously this won't be my most in-depth review ever, but I think my simple summary speaks to the great management and streamlined services being offered here. FedEx is definitely worth keeping in mind should you find yourself in need of anything shipping or print-related.

As and artist, I get giclee prints of my paintings made so I can package and sell them at art shows and galleries. They come on a sturdy fine art paper with a narrow white border and look very true to the original! Accurate and bold colors that are just the right temperature and sharpness, no need to have them redone like at a previous place I've used. The also complete my orders in a timely fashion of about within a week, even though I never put a rush on them. Staff have always been helpful and the prices were even a bit cheaper than my old shop. Prints come well protected on a cardboard folder so they're safe on the ride home.
