We travel a lot and every post office in all the different states we have been to have allowed us to do so. Except this one. We were yelled at saying the policy changed three years ago and how all the other post offices are wrong. The tirent, Bernadette, then bathed how she is the shop steward and how she always has to correct people on this. I don't give a rat's ass who you are, don't yell at me. A simple sorry we no longer give out would have sufficed. We also over heard her complain to a customer that she can not lift heavy things because she just had surgery and continued with her grumpiness. It is no the customer's fault you came back to work too soon. Perhaps a job where you do not lift or deal with customers would suit her better.

I had my package on the…read morecounter as I was waiting for assistance. when she came out she didnn't utter a word of greeting but just took the package and weighed it. Offered me two ways to send it and after I made my choice I paid her by handing her the money and she just threw the receipt and my change on the counter. I think she needs to be trained to greet people when they arrive and give the customers and exercise courtesy when exchange money. I told him I needed it shipped, I'll pay the extra. He rings it up and says "now it's an extra $50". When I moved to Linwood, the first package we tried to ship he tried overcharging my wife, but since she ships 50+ packages a month, she knew he was either misinformed, trying to take extra money, and/or just giving people a hard time. I heard from a neighbor "Chris" is rude to everyone, so today on my first visit, this was proven true. This guy should not be customer facing, keep him in the back.... While he argued with me closing time hit and he kicked out the lady behind me with no service, even though she was there waiting for 2 min. Just a rude and miserable USPS employee.

Out of principle I paid her $1 for the effort but since it was not fixed, I didn't feel it was right to pay in full whether it was $3 or $300 which I explained to her. She threw the $1 bill at me and started screaming at me. I left immediately and got in my car. The woman proceeded to chase me out of her store, tried to open my car door multiple times (luckily I locked it), and pounded on my window all while screaming at me. I am level headed person and I have never been treated like this by anyone. This woman was clearly disturbed and very, very unprofessional. I was worried for my safety. I rolled down my window snd handed her $2, the remainder of my payment, hoping she would back off but she refused to take it.
