When my daughter went to wear one of the shirts, she said it smelled like it had not been cleaned. I called Circle Cleaners immediately and the woman I spoke to admitted she did not have time to clean them. Yet I was charged the $14.00. What kind of service is that??? The woman said she would refund my money but when I went in 2 days later, the woman and a man both refused to refund my money. I want to let people know that this dry cleaners is the worst. Not only did they not clean my clothes, they admitted they didn't and still charged me, and then refused to refund my money. I am reporting them to the BBB. Please pass this on to others and not use this cleaners.

I told the woman working that I was unhappy and I asked her to kindly try to fix it again. She said she would not and had already attempted it once. The cost to fix the sweater was only $3. Out of principle I paid her $1 for the effort but since it was not fixed, I didn't feel it was right to pay in full whether it was $3 or $300 which I explained to her. She threw the $1 bill at me and started screaming at me. I left immediately and got in my car. The woman proceeded to chase me out of her store, tried to open my car door multiple times (luckily I locked it), and pounded on my window all while screaming at me. I am level headed person and I have never been treated like this by anyone. This woman was clearly disturbed and very, very unprofessional. I was worried for my safety. I rolled down my window snd handed her $2, the remainder of my payment, hoping she would back off but she refused to take it.

I left the dress with her at 11:40 for alterations and she called me by 2:00 telling me they were complete. The work was top notch completed by a wonderful seamstress. I would highly recommend this business.

This business serves the function of getting your clothes washed, but there is always an issue. My issue with the Ye Olde Washaus locations, including today, is the maintenance of their machines. Today I used 2 small machines and one is working fine. The other has considerably less water, which I'm actually not surprised to see. Disappointing, but I don't really come here much anymore, I guess I hoped that some things here would be better. It honestly gives the impression that the owner is ok with the low maintenance... & I can bet that the owner doesn't wash clothes here to know all of the operational issues. I am not trying to bash this business chain, I just feel like they could be a little better. I would recommend this business but, just be aware of the issues. This time I took a video of both machines but I'm not sure if it will post!

Two weeks before my…read morewedding I am scrambling, attempting to find a seamstress to repair the hackjob that was my flower girl dress. After the original fitting, I was told that I would receive a phone call from the seamstress. However, 3 weeks later, that call still hadn't come so I phoned them only to be told that the original fitting had to be redone and that NO work had been done in the three weeks it had been sitting in the shop. Thank God I checked. I brought my niece back and was told a two week pickup date. Upon "attempted" pickup, I was told that I was incorrect and, according to the seamstress, I was supposed to wait on her phone call to pick up the dress. Now 5+ weeks after the original visit. I informed her that I would be picking up the dress on the next business day, Monday. Upon actual receipt of the dress, the crinoline has jagged scissor cuts all around. The actual hem is majorly crooked and the dress was taken in WAY too much so as now it just barely fits. I dropped it off to another seamstress last night who was visible shocked that I had paid someone $65.00 for this.
