I made an appointment to have my computer checked out. When I arrived the tech said he was very busy. He asked that I leave my computer 30 min. When I returned he said he did not have time to do it and could I leave it 30 min more. I suggested he could have told me he didn't have time to look at it . So I went back again. This time he handed me paperwork and my computer and said nothing ? I asked what he found he said nothing . No suggestions or offer to look further for a fee. I would think that is why they offer the free checkup. I assume the management has him doing many other things but why offer a service you can not provide properly ? I dropped off a digital file on a Monday for pick Up on a Thursday. I received the email "thank you for your order". I called Thursday to make sure I could pick it up. Was told "oh sorry- we couldn't get in touch with you. We need a better res image." Gave them new image-Said it Would be done Friday night. Showed up Saturday morning and alas- no blow up image. No one can find it- machine is broken, etc. they never called, emailed or anything. If you need a printing "services" company to deliver as promised, I would not recommend this place. With the regular Print Shop associate not available and the possibility of having to make another trip, Gus stepped in, reprinted, mounted and laminated it while I waited. I've come to the print center several times over the past two summers now, and I feel like I run into the same issues over and over. The self-service machines never seem to work properly so I end up waiting in line for someone behind the counter to print my documents. Most of the employees behind the counter are more than happy to help, but I have had one experience where the gentlemen seemed annoyed that he had to help me after I explained that the self-service printer was ruining my documents being printed out (yet again). If you come here to print anything, be prepared to wait. read more

Staples refuses to take back electronic equipment after selling bad slow defective items. But they are happy to charge fee to try to fix it or make customer call company for possible refurbished unit. Do not buy electronics or computers here!!!! Don't expect to get anything done in timely manner. The print staff are incredibly understaffed. Want something printed today? Don't count on it. I waited over 30 minutes in line just to print several copies of a simple document and were told they were "backed up" even though no printers were running. They couldn't have a simple multi page document printed in a day. You have to wait a full 24 hours for pickup. What a crock of shit. In short don't ever go to this Staples unless of course you want to waist half your day standing in lines. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This isn't the first time they have had lines longer than god damn Disneyland. read more

Purchased a laptop here with hundreds of dollars of support. Now that my computer has issues, I am finding out NONE of what I purchased includes support. $400+ for a hardware issue, virus removal, but no technical support? Everything is a virus to them and you need to drop it off and leave it for whenever they can get to it. I dropped my LT off and was told I was the only one they had to work on. Got a message in the morning it was done. When I went to pick it up hey said it wasn't ready and the store had issues with notifying customers. All of a sudden there were many computers ahead of mine. Escalating did nothing but give me conflicting answers. Still waiting for a call back. I bought a laptop. the best one in the store. since day one google chrome and any Microsoft products don't load or work. the computer keeps messaging me that it cannot connect to Microsoft. obviously a problem with the windows 10 or computer hardware, when I turned around and brought it back the less than helpful staff told me tough luck. he said as long as it turns on than its not staples problem. so I have a computer with very limited use and it was $800. I will never set foot in there again. read more
