I had an issue with a broken hinge on my HP laptop (thanks HP for making them plastic where there…read moreis stress opening and closing your laptop). He was able to expoxy it and so far it is still holding, but Mike told me not to open and close it often and do it real slow.

I went to this shop to repair a battery issue on my apple iPad pro 12.9" 5th generation tablet…read more They gave me a form and told me to show and tell them in writing the prior damage or issues with my tablet, all that was wrong with it was the battery and minor scratches, I take care of my tablet for digital art and I used it all the time. My boyfriend paid roughly $175 for a new battery. I was afraid that they would damage it more or remove all my data, and that they did. I was given my tablet back with a broken screen (ruined my ART tablet with PRESSURE SENSITIVITY with an apple pen), a chip (moreso chunk) of the glass on my screen was GONE and the screen was completely cracked. They filled the missing chunk with resin to "fix" the issue. Not only that, but my power button NO LONGER WORKED. They "enabled controls" so I had to turn off my tablet with buttons on the screen. They accused me of saying the reason why the screen was was broke is because of "micro cracks" that couldn't be seen when they tried to remove the screen. Never told me the reason my power button is broke. When I got home I didn't think it could get any worse, but once it was almost dead I plugged it in only to find out IT DID NOT CHARGE. They did not fix my battery issue and so my mom took it in because they didn't fix the battery, they took it in the back and gave it to my mom saying it charges fine (it still doesnt) and after that day she took it, when it was off and I tried to turn it on, it showed that IOS needed to be restored, which means they DELETED IOS off my tablet completely, which in return makes me lose ALL of my data and things on my tablet. So, in all they broke my screen, power button, removed IOS off my tablet, and didn't even fix the issue. They refused to refund my boyfriend or fix what they broke, rather offered to fix it for blank price. Now I will have to take my tablet in to get fixes for repairs that can range from $500-$800. Thanks for nothing.

I stopped in and showed them samples and gave specifics of what I needed for at least 500 sales…read moretickets and let them know that I would also reorder from them once I got low on them. And also needed a couple hundred brochures as well. They told me they would give me a couple of quotes on them and 2 different syles. (Emailed). I waited for 3 weeks and finally called them and the guy said he wasn't the one that took the order but he would email me and to make sure that that I was checking my spam folder. (I had been already) amd I asked to make sure who it was coming from. It's now been another month and still nothing. Does anyone know of a good print shop that will actually do what they say and not just blow you off? I felt like they were blowing me off and didn't even listen or take me seriously. I also made sure once again they had my email correct. They were so pushy like... yeah yeah yeah.. ok.ok. ... uhmm? I have wasted so much time now that I really didn't have because I took them at their word. Good luck dealing with them.

My business partner and I came to Bartlesville Print Shop to order some business cards because we…read morewanted to support a local business rather than order something online and were hoping to get something within the week. We were looking for something very professional looking. We were a little disappointed with the experience as soon as we started explaining our specifications and details for the cards. First, they didn't have any samples that we could look at, but that was okay because we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. We were looking for something heavy-weight, with a gloss finish, and I liked the look of a two-tone red for the back of the card. They indicated that they could do a heavy-weight card with a gloss finish but didn't seem too comfortable with the two-tone red, so we went with a red card with white text on the front, and white with red text on the back. We were hoping to get the order by Thursday (it was Monday afternoon), and they said they would try, as long as we turn the proof around quickly, it shouldn't be a problem. Fast forward to Wednesday afternoon; we still haven't received any proof. We were in the area of the print shop, so we stopped in again. It's the same three people behind the counter (plus the designer at a desk nearby), but they don't recognize us. We give the order name and say we never received a proof, which they insisted they had sent, but they had our phone number written down incorrectly. Once we received the proof, there were only a few changes, and we asked that they please move forward with printing. Upon hearing the cost, I was surprised that the amount was almost twice what I had priced for precisely what I wanted online, and if we had done it ourselves, the price would have been even lower. Fast forward to Thursday morning; my business partner goes to pick up the cards. Upon receiving the cards, we are very disappointed with the quality. The card is not on heavy-weight paper; it is very flimsy. I suppose one side does have a gloss finish, but we would have preferred a high gloss. Worst of all, the cards are all differently sized, not uniform, and some have rough edges. We feel this looks very unprofessional. I could have ordered a better quality card online for the same price or less. If the shop couldn't do a heavy-weight card or would charge more for it, I don't understand why they wouldn't just say so.
