Honestly I feel like the person working at the time didn't like my skin tone or maybe it's my tattoos either way I feel like I was pre judged. I have never had a barber tell me they can't cut the side of my head. Bad vibes all around. Don't go here unless you are 60+ and white.

Definitely a high end establishment. There were two more team members there working on other clients, very comfortable atmosphere with good conversation. I'm hooked!!!!

All I wanted was a beard taper and when I didn't find any prices listed on their site for that. I figured I'd call and sat on the ring ring forever "meaning no Voice Mail just constant ringing". All wanted was a beard taper, which seems to be not a common thing here. I wish I'd paid attention to the brief warning that is left to email your company email privately rather than using platforms that allow people to share their experiences publicly. Only because it seems that I would have saved my self this public harassment. As your response you use words to insult my intelligence. As if I had a problem with reading comprehension. Though I question your intelligence, for in the standard English language, putting quotation marks around a name usually implies that the name is a nickname, a pseudonym, or that the writer is being sarcastic and questioning the legitimacy of the name. It is generally not grammatically correct to use quotation marks with someone's real name. Such tremendous pride and anger. But your voicemail doesn't work all the time and leaves people on the ring ring when calling +1 412-207-7891. Meaning forever ringing and never a voicemail. There seems to be no end to your antagonizing insulting behavior.

When we got there, all of the stylists were busy so we sat on the couch. About 10 minutes later, a guy asked if we had an appointment and I said we did not. He then told me that they prefer bookings. I explained about what happened on the website and he told me that it hasn't been working and they can't get a hold of the person whom created it. He then told me that they were booked and when I said that the site said the walk-ins were welcomed, he threw his hands up in the air and firmly said, "What do you want me to do?" When I said that we drove all the way from the city he didn't seem to care. My son and I got up and walked away. We will never return to an establishment that talks poorly to customers the way he did. We ended up going down the street after I looked up nearest salons and my son got a walk-in and a fantastic haircut somewhere else.
