In order to hold us over during the new install, he provided mini-portable units that we placed downstairs. Mike, himself, personally brought them to our door on a weekday after 9PM. 5. The technicians are all very knowledgable. In the past, I have had young technicians come over my house that didn't really know much. That is definitely not true for these guys. 6. They moved my thermostat upstairs to a place that is more suited for the structure of the house (under return in hallway as opposed to two (2) thermostats: 1 in master bedroom, in which there is no air handler, and the FROG). 7. They spent a good amount of time adapting my new air handler with existing duct work. I will definitely make Mike my "go-to AC guy" from now on.

I had a surprise issue this morning with the electrical panel with all the breakers. It was making…read moresnapping noises as all the lights flickered in the house. Pretty scary with no idea exactly what was going on. I rolled the dice and called cole's based on the other Yelp reviews as well as post on the website. My first impression was positive as the dispatcher that I called was concerned and also informative. She gave me a good idea of the work already on their schedule and when they could arrive. We shared a laugh about the local roads nearby and just really connected from the first minute. When Jay and Seth arrived they were both very professional. In a matter of minutes I had explained what happened they asked some critical questions so they could start their analysis and they dug in. They tested each of the switches in my panel, they checked outside at the electrical meter to see if my power company was the problem, and they ultimately decided that one of the breakers was bad. At that point they were able to show the buzzing that indicated the breaker was bad. We tested by applying load with different appliances in the house. Everything worked out and the job was done. Total cost was less than $300 which is a great price for any electrical visit but most importantly matched what I was supposed to expect. They also were responsive and quickly scrambled to my service call with limited delay
