They may be cheaper than other companies but be warned... using this company is not worth the…read moresavings. After being over 5 hours late they (unapologetically) did show up and do the job. They were rude to the family member who let them in and made her feel very uncomfortable. The cleaning job itself was not a 'deep clean', pretty poor really. However, they were so careless they splashed cleaning products over the oak worktop and left it on the surface. This badly damaged the worktop, leaving chemicals burns/marks all over it. What was perhaps more upsetting was the response from the office upon reporting the issue, saying they 'do not use products that can cause damage' which clearly is a lie as the worktop was in perfect condition before they arrived (as I sanded and oiled in a few days prior for forthcoming tenants). Once this company has your money they simply do not care, I would advise anyone considering using them to not give money to such an awful group of people. It will now cost me more time and money to fix the damage they have made, a very frustrating experience.

I'd already had a different cleaning company come *twice* who'd failed to deal with a horrible urine spot from a previous tenant's child. I didn't want the smell covered up! I needed cleaners to use an enzyme or something to break down the urine (like vinegar) and then steam clean it all away, without using migraine-inducing perfumes to try to hide the stench. Many of the carpet companies I called clearly had *no* idea how to clean urine. But when I talked to Fast KK Carpet Clean, they understood immediately! 1) The scheduler listened carefully and asked questions, making sure they knew what I wanted (not just trying to close the booking fast). 2) They negotiated the process to be used, the booking (even rescheduling for an urgent appointment when I decided the stench would drive me mad if I waited) and sent email confirmations at every step with date, time, price, and service details. 3) The crew was friendly, funny, polite, fast, and very thoughtful. How attentive were they?
